came to Hideout tonight to have a fun night with friends and enjoy karaoke, but unfortunately the experience was completely ruined by the bartender’s behavior.
The bartender was visibly intoxicated, taking shots while on shift and clearly too impaired to properly serve customers. With fewer than 30 people in the bar, there was still a line of 5+ people waiting to check out, glasses stacking up behind the bar, and service moving painfully slow. This wasn’t due to lack of skill, but because she was clearly unable to keep up due to how intoxicated she was. On top of that, she was wearing a onesie with a hoodie and repeatedly stopping to pull her hood out of her eyes while trying to work. The entire situation felt unprofessional and unsafe. As someone who has worked in the service industry, this is completely unacceptable. Drinking to the point of impairment while actively bartending puts customers and the business at risk. I hope management addresses this, because the venue itself has potential, but tonight’s experience was a major disappointment.

Eh. This place gives dark creepy unsafe vibes. Lighting inside and outside was too dark too. Place is kinda thrown together with old torn living room furniture and used up pool tables. Bathrooms are gross and need a serious upgrade. Prices are overpriced. Zero food. Staff not the friendliness and frown like they hate working. Its a shame because its a large space and has potential if someone actually did a decent makeover to make it more inviting. :/ We probably wont return as didnt really feel comfortable or safe.

Love the Hideout!
We are regulars, this bar will have everything from beerpong to darts. They also have 6 pool tables only $1.00 a game. Quarter machine, ATM even a cigarette machine. Beautiful outside seating, decently priced drinks for the amazing service you will receive. Dave and Chelsea have really brought out the best in this establishment. Tori is the smile with blue hair pouring you the best quality drinks. She knows all the mixed drinks, might even recommend ways to make them better. Open till 2am stop in any evening!
