The brisket sandwich and sides were all delicious and well worth it! Really enjoyed the smoked flavor. Great customer service.

Me and a friend went to the seahawks game on Nov 9th we got there early and were starving the line was short so we stopped here (that should have been our first hint) the portions are way to small for the price I got the brisket Mac and cheese for $20 it was cold and flavorless came with three tiny peices of brisket that were cold and chewy. when I think of Mac and cheese from a BBQ joint it should be rich and creamy with a nice cheese crust this was nothing like that, ive had better kraft Mac and cheese

Very disappointed in what was listed as a cheesesteak for $28 on Occidental outside the Mariners game. The portion was so small and put on a “hoagie” roll that you buy at a grocery store. It completely fell apart. I smoke meat at home and never have i had the result of what tasted like burnt campfire. My son and I tasted it in our mouth all night, and not in a good way. Complete rip off, and owner should be ashamed of this. I could’ve have eaten better and cheaper inside tmobile park. So disappointed!!!

I came for the Ribs with Mac n Cheese to go and ended up staying until I was full. The ribs were so good looking I had to sit down and try them right away. Mac and cheese is thick enough to sprain my neck. I honestly forgot where I was. The pitmaster has thoughtfully balanced the dry rub and house bbq sauce in perfect unity, which I ignorantly almost ordered on-side. The service was top notch. Actually, the only staff member had a genuine personability that’s seemingly unrivaled locally. I’ll be back.

We were in town for a M’s game and thought we’d get a burger. What a nightmare that turned out to be! First, the guy serving was so rude when we asked some questions. And then, the prices were nuts!! Now, if the food is worth it I’ll pay gladly, but this was some BAD barbecue. I mean, just sad. And we both felt ill afterwards. Never again.

I was rolling through to the Billy Strings show and came upon their mobile kitchen. The very nice woman at the helm hooked me up with a PHAT brisket sandwich at a discount. Not the best I’ve had (I travel the country for work), but it was damn good and it really hit the spot. I’d definitely hit them up again if I have the chance. Homie sitting next to me even let me hit his blunt. Great start to a great night of live music at WAMU.

Service was good, price was fine. But I was really let down about the food it’s self. The smoked greens had nothing but smoke flavor. No other flavors or seasonings detected. And if that’s the way smoked greens are supposed to be I guess I don’t like it. The spicy slaw wasn’t spicy, it was dry and also no flavor detected. It tasted like dry cabbage salad. The brisket sandwich was a good portion and flavor but the brisket it’s self was kinda tough for brisket. Other people with me had the pulled pork and burger and they seemed to enjoy those.

For $60 dollars (before tax and tip) I got a half-full to-go plate and a little container of greens. Two slices of dry brisket, half a hot link and a small ice cream scoop of pork. This is what I get for going to the truck with no line… live and learn.
