This location has the absolute worst service of any fast food place in all of Saginaw. If you’re truly craving Burger King, it will much faster to simply go to a different location in every scenario at all hours of the day at every point throughout the year, this is not isolated. They only serve one customer at a time, from speaker to checkout window before pulling you ahead to get you off their timer, but the soonest you will get your food is 15 minutes even for simple orders due to one customer served at a time rule. Mobile orders are typically ignored until you get to the speaker, so placing in advance is useless, and again due to the one customer served rule, your food will likely be cold due to the long customer intervals if it is made. Placing an order on the inside is the only viable way to get reasonable service and food quality but it’s truly not worth the effort. Save yourself your sanity and time and go somewhere else.

Had a very annoying order experience. Was in the drive-thru, but they didn’t have a screen that showed what I was ordering. The issue comes when I try to order a meal, and then ask to customize the burger, and then they mistake that as another meal. I notice this when they say the cost is $20, and I try to ask why my order is twice what it should be, but the service didn’t point out that I had ordered two meals. I was stuck frustrated that a simple order was becoming so complicated because of poor communication, and was uncomfortable by this so I just said “sure,” and paid for two meals I didn’t want. At the very least, a homeless person outside got 2 free whopper meals.

Extremely understaffed ordered on app and went in to get still waited over 10 minutes (inside) 15/20 Minutes AFTER ordering. Lady who handed me my food did so in a very aggressive way. Was very rude.( I think she’s a manager went around 12 or 1) Another customer even commented on it. I however just took my food and thanked her. Won’t be back anytime soon. Place was clean. Food was decent.

The person who took my order had problems hearing me at first. I repeated myself 3 times, which is irritating. I was enjoying my food until I found a long hair in my cheese burger. So gross. I don’t even want to go back to get a fresh burger or a refund

Man I tell ya service here is the worst anymore not surprised on why so few are left this one gives the franchise a bad name waiting 15 mins to order than 20 after is terrible thru the drive thru. The owner and burger king franchise need to look into this establishment

This place was nasty dirty. We was gonna dine in but not a clean table to sit at so we took our food and left, after seeing how nasty the place was we was scared to eat our food. Fries where not fully done. These are just a couple pictures that we took.

Waited 13 minutes and order was still wrong. There were no other customers inside or in drive thru. What happened to quality and FAST food? This isn’t the first time it’s been crap for this location. I give a few chances before leaving a negative review. Just another place to not waste your time or monet.

Order food and go it pick it up. At the window they had to ask about my shales because they can not read a ticket.

Get home and all food was cold, items missing, and what was received was wrong.

Call them and a dude answers. I tell him I need to talk to a manager and he says, “I’m busy what do you want”. This was rude. Thinking he must be the manager then, I start explaining. He just sets the phone down without letting me know and goes get a girl. Now if I didn’t have a cell phone I would have thought he hung up!

The girl gets on and is rude and argumentive. She keeps interrupting me then just tells me to bring the food back.

I brought the food back and the guy from the phone greets me. He is sniffing like crazy as if he just snorted something and seems a bit twitchy… He also keeps interrupting me and talks as if everything needs to speed up and talks quickly and was a bit rude…
Also, they were not busy… no other cars or people inside… so…

They only replace 3 items and AGAIN forgot things and the only items they replace were still not hot. So now I have a lot old cold food and wasted money.

Don’t eat here. There are a lot of better options for quick food in saginaw.
