I live next to this Taco Bell and every time I go I feel disappointed. I normally use the drive through but the short haired woman who usually works the window is Very unpleasant. Every time. This time I went inside and stood at the counter for 15 minutes and the employees didn’t even look in my direction. I ordered on the kiosk after the long wait for acknowledgment. 5 minutes later the employees were scrambling trying to figure out where this order goes that was sitting by the window. I was at the counter. I had to tell them it was my order and then I had to ask for my drink. I’ve worked in customer service for a decade and this place has many red flags. Very unprofessional. I waited 20 minutes for cold tacos with more lettuce than meat. So, if any is looking for lettuce tortillas and bad service this is your place.

Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable!! This is the 2nd time that I have placed almost $40 orders at this location and received absolute trash. The 1st time this happened ordered through the app hoping everything would be correct and when I made it home my family started opening everything so that we could eat and immediately noticed everything was cold, not prepared correctly, the 7-8 tacos were LITERALLY over half empty, the $6 chalupas were so hard, tough and stale that they crumbled like a taco shell. I was livid and immediately drove back to the restaurant and complained and the managers was extremely apologetic and prepared the entire meal over again CORRECTLY so I refrained from leaving a bad review in hopes that it was an isolated incident and that the employees would be retrained on how to properly prepare items and pay attention to order details but now 3 weeks later it’s the exact same issue.. The pics are of a soft shell taco “SUPREME”, bean burrito and crunchy taco SUPREMES. Both times I was the only car there in the drive thru and no customers inside and still waited 15+ minutes only to receive cold scraps. Unacceptable!

usually this taco bell is pretty good, but for some reason today, the food was not good. and the service? wow. i got my order, looked in both boxes and there was no sauce in either of them. I asked the guy at the window for sauce (looked like a manager) and he told me there was sauce in the bottom of the boxes. there wasn’t. I asked for sauce again, same answer. I then asked again and proceeded to get sauce shoved at me. was not happy.

I ordered 2 Taco party packs. Got home and not ONE of the 24 tacos had ANY shredded cheese.
Called and asked for the manager only to be told “that’s odd” and that since it’s the LAST topping they can’t remake my food, but I CAN drive back up there from home and they would give me a couple of cups of cheese….to put on what would THEN be cold food!
I have shredded cheese at my house, but if that’s how you handle a mistake on YOUR PART… I will stop elsewhere.

Drive-thru was moving quick and they still got everything right. Food was hot, portions were good, and the worker at the window was super friendly. Appreciate the good service!

Food is terrible and service is even worse ordered 3 crunchy tacos 2 were broken and had very little meat in them and way too much lettuce. Took them back in trying to get the 2 tacos remade correctly and not broken I talked to some girl named Maddie and she refused to help said that’s how much meat they always put in their tacos which i know is false because I just came to this same location 2 weeks ago and every single taco was perfect. Definitely don’t recommend.

Idk what they do here but this is the best Taco Bell in this part of the state. Food it always hot and they always get my order correct. Whoever manages this place needs a raise or something.

Guy working drive thru had no personality got 2 large Dr Peppers tasted like carbonated water. Ordered 3 tacos had no taste and were so greasy it was dripping on paper. Even with mild sauce in them still no flavor.

I have visited this Taco Bell several times and although it is attached to a gas station, it is typical of other Taco Bell restaurants. They have all of the items you would find at standalone restaurants and even have a drive-thru. The staff has always been friendly and rather fast and it is in a convenient location if you need other things. For fast food Tex-Mex, it isn’t a bad spot.

The food is good but 18 min wait time in non peak hours is insane. On top of that i could not get anyone to get me my drink cup. And apparently they are out of everything, straws, cups, taco shells. It’s poorly managed. Very disappointing.
