I haven’t been to churches in a while and won’t be back. My chicken was literally swimming in oil in the box. My mashed potatoes tasted terrible. And my macaroni and cheese was literally burnt on the top. Only good thing in the meal were the biscuits. Stay away!!!

My fiancé & I came for dinner from Volusia county side. The younger girl who took our order was super sweet and very attentive. We got the tender boxes with fries & one with okra and an extra side of the biscuits. All of our food was prepped fresh fried while we waited and not grabbed from the heat lamp! Amazing visit. Will visit again soon!

I ordered online and got thrown off by it being called Church’s TEXAS chicken haha I didn’t realize that’s the name and followed GPS over here. My food wasn’t ready and I had to wait about 15 minutes in the drive thru. Its a small drive thru area, felt like my truck almost didn’t fit. Graffiti on the wall. Parking lot is dark with trees all around. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this place but the food was freshly made.

I desperate need if an update inside. Looks like the 1980s. I guess cant expect much… Church’s Chicken from my experience is always located in a non rural environment. The food was just okay the wings were very small and expensive for what they were. Sanitation was not there at all. The cook was scratching his head and frying the chicken at the same time no gloves. But seeing that I grew up on Church’s Chicken I didn’t have a huge expectation. Church’s Chicken used to be one of the cheapest chickens you could buy and it still tasted good. Let’s just say I was a little disappointed

Shyqueena was friendly and efficient at the drive-thru. She checked my receipt twice to make sure all of my items were included. When she realized I would have a little bit of a longer wait, she politely showed me where to park to wait for my order. Her smile and good attitude helped to make this a positive experience.

I ordered (3) Spicy Tenders. The Breading on them was great, they were very tender & had a pretty good spice factor. The Fried Okra & and Jalapeno Poppers were outstanding. The Apple Pie was a 10, i definitely recommend! Staff is professional.

The Food here is always Disgusting in comparison to TX. The chicken is dry, hard and taste like old oil. This was my 3rd and absolute LAST time eating from this establishment. They sent chicken tenders via doordash from last week. Your money has absolutely no value here. They are selling food that should be trashed, even my puppy refused to eat the chicken.

I received an email deal through the Church’s app and decided to stop by, but the experience was terrible. I waited over 20 minutes in line for just a 2-piece chicken order, with only one car ahead of me. When I got to the window, the “deal” from the email wasn’t even available. Instead, the window showed a better deal that actually came with a biscuit and a jalapeño — yet they had me purchase the email deal anyway.
On top of that, the customer service was unacceptable. The cashier kept repeating “wait a minute” without any explanation, and the manager had an attitude rather than trying to help. No courtesy was offered for the long wait or wasted time. My entire break was gone over a small order of chicken, which is ridiculous.
This was a very disappointing experience. If you’re going to promote deals, honor them — and at the very least, provide better communication and service.
