Now I know why they rating is so bad customer service is 0 specially managers I just trying to get samples of new sour and spicy chicken she laughed at me don’t know why I believe this was my last time I ever go to any Panda express for ever first I am sorry for my self to choose panda for my lunch and sorry for them because they don’t have any sense of customer service because we are the people who gave them business and and paying them instead be in happy I just decided to stop having this food .

I purchased the 5-person dinner special, then added mixed veggies to make it an even 6 large. Upon check out, the lady charged me a different item in the I had in the special instead of the veggies, which made it a lot more expensive . Even after she was told that the veggies were a side added. Always make sure you are being charged correctly.
On top of that, the rice had dried lumps that were not cooked completely, the mixed vegetables needed more time to soften , it wasn’t that busy, so why rush on cooking the food

I had an incredible experience at Panda Express thanks to Divina, the manager. She was super cool, friendly, and truly went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. I came in with my family and our 4 kids, and Divina made sure we were all taken care of from start to finish.
She personally checked on us multiple times, made sure our food was fresh, hot, and exactly how we wanted it, and even took the time to interact with the kids—which they loved! It’s rare to find someone in customer service who’s not only professional but also genuine and thoughtful.
Divina’s energy and care made us feel like VIPs. She’s a rockstar and a perfect example of what great customer service should look like. Huge thanks to Divina for making our visit so memorable—we’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

Food was great. The Chinese lady was very respectful. Great atmosphere. Food was delicious and well made served freshly food. The dinning was clean. Great customer service from all staff as well. 9/10
I would give a 9 only because the location where it stands is very difficult to spot. It was hidden and it couldn’t find it. You can hardly see what’s around the shopping center.
But overall great job keeping the place nice and clean.

Very friendly staff. They greet you upon entering the establishment. Food is always hit or miss. The shrimp was hot and fresh and tasted great. But the chow mein was not fresh. Orange chicken, got the coffee pieces and they didn’t have that vesty kick normally.

Very disappointed. First 40plus bucks for 2 people ugh! Second, the plates have shrank. Third, the food was crap. Chow mein had a burnt taste. Could not eat it. Kung pao chicken, the chicken wasn’t cooked correctly. Very chewy. The pepper steak, steak was very dry. ZERO STARS FOR THIS PLACE. GROSS! WHAT A WASTE OF OUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

Drive thru was loaded when I arrived!! Luckily the person taking my order had patience, quickest and a great attitude, my food was a bit undercooked but seeing the busy atmosphere I know why. The person working drive had a big smile and positive attitude at the window and informed me of Panda Rewards, worker’s name was Jayla kind and beautiful lady. Thank you.
