Very disappointing experience.
The restaurant was empty, yet the employee didn’t even acknowledge us or say hello. She looked upset and acted like we were bothering her.
The place was extremely dirty. Every table had food on it and the floor was so sticky our shoes were sticking to it with every step.
The food was also bad. The food tasted very sour, like way too much lime had been added. We tried to start eating but ended up leaving and going somewhere else. We were afraid of getting sick after eating it.
On top of that, the music was extremely loud with heavy metal blasting — not something you want to hear while trying to eat.
We are regular Moe’s customers and know this isn’t their normal standard, but this was our first time at this location and it was a terrible experience.
We won’t be returning to this location.

I just went to pick up a mobile order and my food was sitting on the counter not bagged and when i stated m i’m here for pick up this young man literally handed me my order with no bag, all 3 of the employees at like i was bothering them including the manager who’s started the rude behavior and didn’t help the minor situation out. The restaurant was filthy from the dirty floors, the horrible smell in the building, the salsa area was very low on salsa and when asked if it was more an attitude came with that, 3more hours of opening and the salsa station look bad. The 2 male employee’s noticed me taking photos of the outside area which had glass at the entrance and started laughing and waving like something was funny as to the way me and my sister was treated. Avoid this Location of possible. Oh not to mention the Temp and presentation of the hot food area was not correct, i’m sure if the health department as to do a pop up they would fail in many areas.

It’s time for this location to be shut down. It doesn’t seem to be any hope no matter what manager/staff is hired. I lived in Carrollwood area for 4 years and they started out good but has since gone down hill bad. There’s no hope!
I was in the area yesterday and decided to drop in and I honestly wish I kept going. Placed a simple mobile order for 2 items. I arrived shortly after and when I walked in, the smell of the place was horrible!! Like who wants to eat at a restaurant that basically smells like hot garbage that’s been in the sun for days! The unkept and cleanness in the lobby and behind the counter non existing. No “Welcome to Moe’s” greeting. Get to the register to pick up order and my taco is laying on the dirty counter. The worker then proceeds to give me a bag of chips but grabs said taco and puts it on top of the chips I’m now expected to eat. Taco was cold and not at the right temperature so I asked them to remake it. Manager/shift lead instantly gets an attitude and says we just made it that’s how it comes. Cold food?! I think not. I then had a side of guacamole that was less than a scoop full. Manager/shift argued with me that’s it’s the correct size. She had a very nasty attitude from the moment we came in which is wild to me because there was no one in the place!
There was no salsa at the station and when asked was there more that could be put out was told not at the moment. It was 7p and they still had 3 hours left. The young me. That were working didn’t seem to know anything and when we left and where sitting in the car they kept coming to the window waving with silly faces. No professionalism about them at all. My 2 item order went in the trash it was as just that bad. Wasted money for sure.

Manager Erin helped me with a coupon my wife and I received from an event that wouldn’t go through on the app. We regularly eat here once or twice a month and everything is always fresh. The booths and sauce areas are cleaned regularly. They have a freestyle Coke machine which is really nice if you drink soda. Limited time item Carnitas please come back! Moe’s is always a winner for good fast Mexican eats in my book. Thank you for all your help and service at this store.

The food was good there was a younger woman working the front and she was so good and helpful then a guy cam out from the back just to check us out with a group of 8 and we said we were eating in. Half of our group had the food put in Togo bags. The bathroom had no soap and the paper towel dispenser had a clog so the solution from them was to put the paper towels up top. The soda machine or something had a bad water leak behind it.

I used to come here all the time and in the last few weeks I’ve noticed a steep decline in the quality of the food. I always order the Stack and recently they’ve stopped putting it in a container and instead loosely wrap it with foil and throw it in a bag. The white chicken was burnt today and had a really unappealing taste. I don’t think i’ll be coming back for a while

Terrible experience at this Moes multiple times over the last few months, wont be going back. Obviously ran by terrible owners and managers. Store is disgusting, staff is rude, portion sizes a complete disgrace. Ordered a bowl of queso (largest size) and they gave me a grand total of 12 chips. Stacks that look like an empty tortilla shell with how light they are on ingrediants. They mess up your order completely all the time as well. Tried a different Moes in Tampa and it was infinitely better. This store needs to close or get complete management/owner change. Highly recommend avoiding this specific location.

Ordered food for pickup, got home and the order was so wrong – paid extra for steak and got something else. Both orders were also missing toppings… i even double checked the order itself and made sure i picked up the right thing. Ordered queso and two bowls, all come with chips, and got a bag filled 1/4 with chips. Tried to call to ask what we could do to remedy the issue, call went to voicemail 4 times, someone finally picked up the 5th time. The lady who answered was very kind and helpful and offered a refund. I am happy with the remedy but just disappointing that I had to do all of that, and that i couldn’t enjoy my food because it had something i dont like on it, when it could have been avoided if whoever made it was paying better attention.

Moe’s Mo’s Moe’s, sorry to do this but you just can’t compare to Chipotle! I just ate here again for the first time in a while and realized why I don’t ever eat here. The portions were small. Probably only one half to 2/3 of what you get at Chipotle. The food was just not seasoned at all compared to Chipotle. I do understand why some people like Moe’s better. You have free chips, a free salsa bar and they’re not horrible. It’s decent food. But all in all, in my personal opinion they just can’t compare to Chipotle and other Mexican restaurants. The lack of flavor and seasoning is evident and the portions you get for the price you pay is not good at all. Sorry
On the other hand, the restaurant was very clean. The design, decoration and color were on point. I loved all the advertisement and the employees were great. I have nothing against the store itself or anything else. Just comparing fast food to fast food Mexican to Mexican. They’re just not in the spotlight in my heart.

Iam done with this place …look at my bowl hahawhat is this supposed to be… not a bowl only 5 pieces of steak and not even half cup of beans…new workers every 2 weeks that messes everything damn.
