Went in to order ice cream for me and my daughter on a Monday at 3:30pm. I also ordered a small soda but the young person taking my order didn’t listen, nor did she repeat the order back to me before I paid. So no soda received. It took 15 minutes to get a small caramel sundae and medium cheesecake blizzard. Not going back there again.

Normally this location does good…but today, it seemed like the drive thru cashier had an attitude and then I ordered a peanut buster parfait…nobody wants to eat all peanut skins…this was horrible to eat…full of peanut skins!!

This place has never once served me cooked french fries. They’re always soggy and cold. I’ve never once been served hot or crispy french fries at this location. Which is odd because every other DQ I’ve ever been to has delicious fries that always hot and crispy. But, for me the last straw was tonight, I actually sat there and watched them put my french fries in a microwave. Yes, that’s right, even though there’s a deep fryer, right there, which is perfectly capable of reheating french fries, they put mine in a microwave. I was a fry cook for 17 years, you do not reheat french fries in a microwave. That’s just unacceptable, and, utterly ridiculous. NEVER eating here again!

I love this location, they are always nice and the food is always on point. It’s a rare thing these days to be able to get a fast food burger and have it look like the person who made it actually put any effort into building it nicely. They have never let me down in this regards.

I’ve got nothing against Dairy Queen, but I’m not really big on fast food. That said, I did have a milkshake and it was actually really nice. The staff were young, friendly, and full of energy, and the place looked clean and well kept. Not my usual spot, but no complaints!

This is a good restaurant the workers are good but the foreign Manger is rude to her employees to where I almost said something to her bc they of the way she treats and talks to her employees. I really feel bad for her and them.

Don’t be in a hurry at this location. 17 minutes for a burger and fries. It was 12:45 at the end of the lunch rush but my fries sat in the window while the trainee kept asking questions about different orders. Doesn’t seem like there’s good communication at this location.

It’s DQ – so it’s good when it’s completed the way it’s supposed to be, but the two times we’ve been here the products are inconsistent. For example, got an Oreo blizzard and all the toppings were on top, not a big deal of course, but it’s usually mixed. Also, this location doesn’t flip them upside down – which my kids find hilarious.
