I’m here at the moment we have been seated and no one has offered us a drink or anything the staff is very forgetful and seem to not care I even brought my family here 2weeks ago and there was hair in our food and the manager acted like he done something with our bill but it cost me the exact same thing it was on the ticket 30 minutes later we received our drinks and they put my wife’s in a plastic cup and my coffee was not even full I’ll will not be back until they get this fixed

Honestly the food is fine but for the last few years you can’t ever get in and it has nothing to do with being too busy. Time after time we walk in and will stand there forever while everyone just stairs at us. This location really needs to assign someone to deal with seating because the rest of the workers act like it’s never their job when they do finally seat you.

I recently visited Bob Evans for a casual meal and overall, the experience was decent, though not without a few hiccups. The food itself was quite good—fresh, flavorful, and served fairly quickly after we placed our order. I had the country-fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, and it hit the spot. My dining companions also enjoyed their meals, and we all agreed that the kitchen was doing a solid job.

Where things fell short was the service. It took a noticeably long time for our waitress to come around, whether it was to take our drink orders, check on us during the meal, or bring the check. That said, she was clearly new and trying her best, which we appreciated. She was friendly and polite, just a bit overwhelmed. It seemed like she was juggling too many tables at once, which made us think the restaurant might have been understaffed that day.

Unfortunately, understaffing seems to be a common issue at many restaurants lately, and Bob Evans was no exception. While the food made up for some of the delays, the slow service did affect the overall experience. Hopefully, with more support and training, the staff can deliver a smoother dining experience in the future.

I feel nasty after eating here cause the floor was sticky all the way to my table. Everything looked delicious but the banana pancakes were undercooked and doughy. The home fries soggy. Waitresses were nice and attentive.

While on a road trip thru WV, I passed by dozens of fast food clones. ~Hour south of Charleston, I was happy to see a Bob Evans! Turned my Harley around, & had a delicious Southwestern Avocado omelet & a refreshing fruit cup. The server may have been a little chatty, but he was very excited to learn about some of my rides, so s’all good – he was very attentive.
Wish there was a Bob Evans closer to Knoxville!

The after church crowd was there so the place was packed, but even though they were very busy, it was all good. Had to wait for a table, less than 5 minutes, which isn’t bad. Service was excellent, Brittany did a great job, as busy as she was she still checked on us often and was very helpful. Food was really good, hash browns and scrambled eggs a touch over done, but good. Pleasant experience.

Service was very slow and very unfriendly. The order cam3 out wrong and not even what I ordered. The cleanliness of the restaurant was very low on the scale of one to ten. Would not recommend it to anyone unless they change alot of issues.

Recently stopped there with my mother, waitress said we would have a 5 minute wait, no problem but it turned into 20. Still no problem, after seated took a long time to get drinks. We were there for over an hour probably 45 was for service. They were not crowded at all, servers talk to each other to much. This would be a good place for undercover boss to go. Food was good

Not as clean as it used to be to be , was told to “ grab some menus and find a seat “ the food took way to long for just the few people that were in there with us, also still waiting on their food.

Had to leave our money & ticket on the register and walk out. Waited for someone to check us out. Tired of waiting.

Even the outside looks bad, needs a good cleaning up some updates
