Service is terrible here. You would think that a restaurant would move with urgency during the lunch rush, but not this place. The lady packing the orders seemed to be operating in slow motion. Perhaps this location is understaffed. The one cook in the back was working his butt off.
I placed an order in the app. The app said the food would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived in 15 minutes. The app instructed me to go through the drive-thru line but when I arrived the drive-thru line was extremely long. When I walked inside there was at least 4 (maybe more) waiting for their food and two in line ahead of me. I’m not sure there was a cashier available. No one behind the counter was paying attention to customers. When I got to the counter, I waited about 5 minutes before I spoke up to get someone’s attention. The lady that spoke to me seemed to be annoyed. My order was not ready. I ordered a burger and an apple pie. The burger tasted pretty good. The apple pie was missing. I will not be returning to this Burger King.

Tonight I ordered a bacon king cut in half with no ketchup or mayo and add barbecue sauce and cut in half with a drink with no ice. I put this all in the app so the workers can read what I put down. When I was handed my drink, I told the worker I wanted no ice and the worker gave me a death glare SLAMMED the drink into the trash infront of me. I decided id just give her the pass. But when I got home, I found that everything on my order was WRONG!! I asked for NO KETCHUP because KETCHUP GIVES ME ULCERS. So now I am home with a burger I cant eat and a sour taste in my mouth from that absolutely RUDE worker. This location needs to do better.

We visited this restaurant on our way through town. Sure, we have a Burger King near where we live, but this one, blew ours out of the water. We ordered lunch, Christmas Day, and the woman at the window had been there all day and was kind, polite, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The fries were piping hot and the burger…oh my, this burger had that fresh off the BBQ pit taste. My son raved about how much better that burger was than anything we get near home. Keep up the good work. This is the place to stop.

I went to Burger King on Mac Arthur in Orange and I must say I was very highly satisfied. Hodge made sure that I got my food fresh and hot. I would rather wait on some fresh food anytime then to fet my food fast and it be cold or taste like it had been sitting up. I will highly recommend going there when Hodge is working at night cause his customer service is the best and he doesn’t disappoint. Thank you Hodge for making my experience one to remember

Save your money and your time. Go to the Highway 62 location instead. The workers at this Burger King always seem checked out. They are constantly “out” of basic ingredients and menu items, and it feels less like supply issues and more like they just don’t want to cook anything fresh. I’ve never had a good experience here, and every time I give them another chance, I regret it.
Customer service is rough too. The vibe is like I am inconveniencing them by ordering food. No greeting, no thank you, no have a good day. Just attitude. This location needs serious improvement.

They always treat you badly, and when you go there in the early morning at 3:50 a.m., which is the time I’ve arrived, they tell you they don’t have crispy chicken. It seems they have trouble providing good customer service.

I don’t understand how “fast food” is not fast food anymore. Not only does it take forever to get through the line and order apparently they run out of ketchup and ranch. every time I ask for it it’s never in the bag. Also food has been pretty bad lately it takes forever and it’s not even fresh it’s just slapped together in a mess and sent out. The fries have old grease on them you can tell because I know it’s not pepper lol.

This is by far the worst Burger King. I have tried a few times to support this location, but it continues to disappoint. I would use the one on 62, but don’t quote me on that location, as well, because it’s been over a year patronizing that location. This whole Your Way Meal was poorly executed. They took an original chicken sandwich bun, cut it in half and assembled one of the world’s smallest disgusting hamburgers on it. It resembled a sloppy slider with wilted lettuce and mushy tomatoes. This meal would be perfect for a toddler that does not eat a lot if it was properly prepared right. They had the audacity to assemble a double cheeseburger the same way. The employees and Burger King need to get back to satisfying the customers or their location will continue to dwindle in sales and customers. Do better Burger King! Quality and presentation can mess up the whole outlook on a restaurant. 0/10 your way meal

I asked him to make my whopper fresh, which means off the broiler, but I watched the guy put it in the microwave. The lady told me it was to heat up the bun, but the whole thing was soggy just like it would be if you put it in the microwave total trash

Customer service is horrible, it takes so long just to put an order in they act like they don’t see you while continuing talking. Also they can never get my order right.
