I’m not someone who leaves negative reviews (or rarely any reviews) but this just has to be said. Like many have already stated, This location has always been terrible, but lately it’s been even worse than that. I only go here when i literally cannot afford anything else but at this point you’re better off eating a dirty dollar bill than spending a dime at this place. This is the second time I’ve had to wait for an hour plus for one simple pizza, just to get the pizza and it’s hard, burnt, and nasty. I understand there might be staffing issues or whatever else but this food is terrible and isn’t worth the cardboard it’s placed in. Multiple people are in the lobby waiting, there’s not
any hot and readys, and the whole store is just slow with no sense of urgency. To be fair the man at the front seemed to be doing what he could but whoever makes these pizzas needs another job for sure. No amount of garlic, red pepper flakes, or anything can make up for this abomination that they call pizza. And it’s true you get what you pay for but I’ve had half baked muffins made by a 3 year old in an easy bake oven that tastes better than whatever this was. I could throw up and put it in the oven and it’ll still taste better than whatever this crap was. My feet hurt from standing in that cramped lobby and this pizza is not worth $7.57 and an hour long wait. Big thumbs down.

Soooo, sooooo, soooo rude! They wont acknowledge you when you walk in, get angry when they have to correct their mistakes, and aren’t shy about letting their disdain show. Whoever the shift lead is right now is BEYOND unprofessional; not only is their behavior unprofessional, but rolling your eyes and huffing in frustration is just plain childish. It isnt just me either. I’m sitting here being ignored after watching other customers experience the same thing. Just because the pizza is cheap doesnt mean the people need to be.

The cashier was rude and seemed like he didn’t wanna take my order. Then after a hour and a half wait I get my pizza go home just to be disappointed by paper thin crust. This is the worst Little Caesar’s in the area! I will not be back!

Don’t waste your time. This location is incredibly slow and the staff hardly acknowledges you. The wait is always 1+ hour and most the time the pizza is burned or extremely thin or flat out the wrong order. There is always a large pile of pizzas lined up on the side getting cold.
As for one major issue I saw today (2/6/26): A pizza was taken by a customer who then left and came back about 3 min later stating it was the wrong pizza. The worker took the pizza and PUT IT WITH THE OTHER PIZZAS! Never checked that it was tampered with or nothing. A few min later she gave it to someone new.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Little Caesars location. When I walked in, it took 10 minutes just for someone to acknowledge me. After waiting another 10 minutes, I was finally told there would be a 20-minute wait for any pizza because they were “in the middle of something else.” When I asked what that was, I was told it wasn’t my concern, which I found extremely rude and unprofessional.
The way I was spoken to was offensive, and customer service was completely lacking. Unfortunately, this isn’t a one-time issue. This location is constantly slow, with orders often taking 20 minutes or more, and over 75% of the time customers are either not greeted at all or are treated rudely.
Because of the poor service and disrespectful attitude, I will never do business with this location again. Customer service should matter just as much as the food, and this store fails badly in that area.

Where do I start. We went in around 8:15pm and did not receive our order until 9:07pm. Well as pictured I ordered the cheese and herb crazy puffs and the buffalo ranch. Did not receive either. I received pepperoni crazy puffs instead. The option to eat the puffs are out the question cause I’m allergic to pork. The staff was aloof and not one bit concerned with customer service. I understand dinner rush and all but being on your personal phone or having your own personal dance party is not what you’re suppose to be doing in the service industry. Please management get your employees together and do better.

The guy that was working today at 12pm Was very rude and gave me an attitude. He told me that it was a 20 minute wait. I mentioned that it was fine. From the start when i placed my order he gave me attitude that should if been my Q to hust go somewhere else. I came back after the 25 minutes and I still waited like 15 more minutes after he kept asking about a order which he didn’t even get the name, correct? And I mentioned after he said that I was like under “Lilian” And all the times that he mentioned he kept ignoring me, until the last time, and I told him that I’ve been waiting here for almost an hour and it was the order that I had already spoken about, and he gave me an attitude and told me what next time I need to speak up and I told him I did, all the times that I did he kept ignoring me and made a gesture with his hand trying to say that I’m stupid, and then to do it in front of a bunch of people that are also waiting for their order. If he hates his job thats not my fault.

Waited almost 2 and a half hours for one pizza. All I got was a shrug and a “This isn’t my store…” throw away comment. I was more than patient and to be shrugged off was frustrating.
The staff obviously didn’t want to be there. I get it, we all have those days. But everyone had zero interest in actually helping customers waiting. I wasn’t the only one that was waiting that long. Other people with larger orders placed in person were helped before I was even acknowledged.
The person prepping the food was rarely making anything. They seemed to pick and choose which orders they would make, and who they wanted to help. I’ve never had such a poor experience at a Little Ceasers in my life.

This is the absolute worse location I have gone too. I have gone here several different times over the years and each experience has been bad. Today there were about 15 people in the lobby waiting to be serviced. And multiple people outside in their cars who couldn’t get in because it was too packed. Jamon M. (Got his name from my refund receipt) along with everyone else did not acknowledge ANYONE! You had to holler in order for someone to come to the front. He was moving slow, had a smirk on his face, and doesn’t have any kind of customer service skills none of the employees do. Multiple pizzas on the counter, multiple pizzas coming out of the oven but he did not hand out any pizzas! Do not come to this location. Holiday or not this location is always horrible.
