So this is an updated review. It looks like when you go in person they get your order right. The young lady who serviced me had no issues with following food safety guidelines of changing her gloves and making my food all the way down the row. She was phenomenal. There was an unsheltered person in there..a young lady said she would buy him food but I wanted to make sure he was covered so I told one of the cashiers that if she didn’t get his food as promised I would pay for it .. the way they treated him when he got to the front like he was stealing food was crazy. He told them somebody was paying for it and I told them if she didn’t, I would. It’s no reason to treat people unkindly simple because they are hungry. That definitely ruined the atmosphere and took away from the service

I picked up a catering order from this chipotle today and had a pleasant and smooth experience. The employees were kind and thoughtful in the way they packed the order. I was greeted kindly and went straight to the cash register to pick up my order. Everything was ready on time. They confirmed the order with me, showed me the food so I could make sure it was all there, and helped me carry it to my car. Ordering catering on the chipotle website was easy and straightforward as well. I’m glad they have veggie and gluten free options!

Ordered a kids beef barbacoa quesadilla and this is what we got. Just cheese!
Went back and was met with nothing but rudeness from the workers. Always out of some item of food. No matter what time or day, they will ALWAYS have at least one missing food item.
In the past they’ve also given us our bowls that are not properly secured (they just don’t bother closing the lid properly) and it’s spilled all over our car. When we go back in to get it replaced there is no apology or sympathy, just attitude.

Just went in and got a kids meal because I’m not so hungry asked for a salad dressing and they charged me 1.60 and said it’s bc I was getting a kids meal. I’ve been avoiding chipotle all together but the staff doesn’t seem to care about quality customers service so I’ll go elsewhere where. Oscar the manager who made the decision to charge for dressing shame on you and I hope people finally stop
