Ordered and went to pay cash. They were out of pennies (yes, I know the miny isn’t making them anymore) for my change. 2¢. My daughter didn’t get all her change either…4¢. I watched 3 other customers pay with cash and not get all their change back (due to having no pennies) and after the last one, the cashier took money out of his cash drawer and put it into the tip jar. Is this how they are balancing their drawers after not giving people accurate change?
With the 3% surcharge for card purchases, I’d think the company would give the extra to the chstomer instead of to themselves.
Also, my veggie sandwich was great till I got to the middle and it became very spicy. Not sure what got on it or how, but I’m thinking contaminated gloves or splatter from one container to another. Having Moderate -severe Crohns Disease, I try to stay away from spicy food as it aggravates my stomach. Please be more careful!

The food was delicious with a generous portion of fries. Prices reasonable. Restroom clean. Pleasant and inviting atmosphere. Even had a peanut bar! Though …. Not much on options for vegetarians. Would have been great to have a veggie patty instead of grilled vegetables. Great location!

They were extremely fast and the food was amazing I’m surprised they didn’t have more ppl in there. I didn’t have enough money to get a pop when I was paying so the girl at the register gave me one for free! She didn’t have to do that but she did cause she’s one of the good ones!!! He ate a burger from Five Guys for the first time said it was the best burger he’s ever had and I do agree.. They are amazing!!!

Amber took our order on Saturday. Give that girl a raise or a bonus or something. She was AMAZING! She made it fun to order food. I have never in my life enjoyed ordering dinner that much. She was fun and funny and quick and jokes appropriately with us. If we lived there, we’d be there every week! The gentleman that gave us our food was great too but I didn’t catch his name. Way to go!

Was in here everyday for awhile. Sometimes twice a day. I am a Type 2 diabetic. I have to eat at certain times. Why would ANY business update their computer systems in the middle of a business day, thus not allowing them to do any business? Didn’t get to eat my cheeseburger from here that I planned for. Won’t make that mistake with this business again.

Friendly staff and a very yummy tasty burger. Ordered “all the way” (can’t beat it) and fries. It wasn’t ready at the quoted time but I only had to wait a few minutes upon arrival.

First timer . I’ve heard lots of good things ,finely tried it out and … now that’s a tasty burger my only critique is the Cajun frys were a little over seasoned but fresh ,other than that a great first experience and will definitely be back. I think the price is fair for what you get . Great job guys keep up the good work .

This was my first time at a FIVE GUYS. I like the concept and the restaurant was clean. But I don’t like the bag as the food is messed up and has oil stains everywhere. The cheeseburger and fries were delicious though!

Opened the sealed bag (so what’s coming is not the delivery driver’s fault) to a sloppy pile of French fries. We ordered a small, regular and large and instead of packing them correctly, they just tossed them inside randomly, so the entire top of the bag was nothing but loose fries. By the time we LITERALLY dug the rest of the food out, we found they shorted us an entire burger. Worse, the burgers we did receive were wrapped in cheap aluminum foil that broke apart as we unwrapped them. They were bland and undercooked. The fries were cold and dry and many were burned. It has been a very long time since I’ve had this poor of a restaurant experience. All this for just under $70.
