Jeremy who usually runs the drive thru has got to be one of the nicest people I have ever met! Always very polite and makes sure your order is right! I know fast food is not the most pleasant asthmosphere and customers can be very rude, but he is always positive!!!
Food is always great, HOT, and correct!!! I can’t tell you how many places I have gone, even other BK’s where the order is not right when you get it, it is cold like it has been sitting there forever, and the staff are unpleasant.
This is the best BK on the west side of SLC area!!!

I had the friendliest greeting at the drive thru! Food was freshly made and the service was 20/10! Shout out to the crew working 02/09 at 1pm! It seems small but your smiles made our days! We live about 45 minutes away and this BK was on our way to run errands. So happy we decided on this location and worth the 45 min drive!

As far as I have experienced, this is the only good BK in northern Utah. Drive thru guy always gives top notch service and cooks are great – always fresh well prepared food. Every other BK I’ve been to in Utah is a disgrace. These guys should be training the other franchises.

I don’t know what all that people are talking about the service is horrible, the staff look like they are angry even the cooks. There was a young kid on the register he was the only one that smile but the rest they were unhappy and yelling like if they were in the army , the guys there look like they want to show up to be masculine or something and they look ridiculous because far from being look like that they look angry. Managers scream orders over the counter No Smile ,No greet not even a Thank you . They throw the food ok the counter and yell and walk away. Guy in the headset look occasionally to the dinning room and he’s so serious he’s got the serial killer look. The whole store staff is horrible . I was in shock to read previous reviews in here . Do not recommend this location they are far from being good. I gave them one star because there’s no less than that.

The guy who works the window is awesome! I didn’t catch his name but he always delivers great service with a smile. Of course without great cooks backing him up in the kitchen he couldn’t be nearly as fast. I always get great service when I come here! Thank you!

I don’t understand how BK is still in business. I remember when they used to be good back in the late 90s. Doesn’t matter which restaurant I go to, this is always the result. Look at the pictures. How is this acceptable. Two separate burgers with patties that should have been thrown out hours before. Do BK owners not even try their own stuff!!!??? How can you serve this?

The people that work here are top notch. Ordered the 2 for 6. Clean fast service. And a good place to stop before the long stretch. Definitely recommend stopping here to grab a quick bite and snacks for the drive.

It is cool or entertaining as it was when I was a kid and you’d go there and get your crown and be all happy they need to put play equipment back in there and make it more kid-oriented I think and they would bring in a lot more people. They have good solid food good prices they just need the atmosphere

The restaurant was clean and the crew was at the front counter ready to take my order. However the burger I ordered tasted terrible. The meat tasted like the grill wasn’t clean when it was cooked or it was expired. The sauce on the burger tasted like it was expired. The bread was fresh, the lettuce, and tomato all tasted good. The burger overall just had a bad taste.
