Lauren our server in the bakery at Cutler Bay by Quail Roost was excellent. The place has an atmosphere that reminds those places in Cuba from the 40’s. Place was super clean. Very satisfied. This bakery is amazing—everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The pastries are perfectly baked, and the smell alone is enough to make you want to come back. Friendly staff and great quality make this place a must-visit. Gloria is amazing!!!

I was excited to try this new bakery and everything looked fresh and inviting inside. I purchased a chicken salad to take home, but unfortunately when I got home I noticed it was well past the listed best-by date. Since food safety is really important, I wasn’t comfortable eating it.
I’m sharing this feedback because I think this may have been an oversight, and I hope inventory dates are checked more carefully moving forward.

I am so glad there’s a CAO bakery on this side of Cutler Bay! The food is delicious, some of our top faves were the churrasco plate and medianoche. We also ordered catering for Noche Buena and the roasted pork was amazing. The employees there are so kind and patient, they also make a mean cafe con leche! We absolutely love coming here
