The entrees are usually very fresh, but the chow mein may not be. Otherwise, they give pretty good portion sizes. Friendly staff.

Jerry, thank you!!!!!
My company ordered a huge order with Panda Express, not knowing the parking situation. I am 7 months pregnant and after a 15 minute drive, I realize.. there is no parking lot. I had to park at the nearest place which was about a little less than a quarter of a mile away in 80 degree weather. I get there and the order is HUGE. Jerry did not hesitate in offering and helping me bring this huge order all the way out to my car. We had a nice talk while walking all the way there and I sincerely appreciated him helping me. Otherwise I would’ve had to make multiple trips to and from my car. The food was tasty, I heard not one single complaint and they didn’t forget a single order which is usually what happens anywhere else. Thank you Panda Express on State st and a huge shout-out and thank you to Jerry! You are a life (and back) saver!! ☺️

Picked up order for sick child using the app, needed to get more and couldn’t because they don’t accept cash. Left card at home so had to drive to the next panda to buy some simple egg rolls. Won’t be back.

You wait in line three times because they cook the food when it runs out, not just before it runs out.

You wait in line with some people as one by one every person points to an empty bowl asking for that type of food. Then they start making the food, and the line reforms.

Then you’re in line for the food that’s cooking, and one by one they’ll put the food into the containers, and you hope and pray they don’t run out as you approach.

Then, we all wait in line to pay, as they’re very understaffed. So, they process the next batch of people who point at the empty bowls, which gives the server enough time to become the cashier and checkout our batch.

The food is lukewarm by the time you get to eat it. I avoid this Panda.

My girlfriend and I were expecting to have a nice, small dinner date, but this location “ran out of orange chicken” 1.5 hours before close. It seemed like they were low on multiple dishes. Being out of orange chicken is especially appalling given the fact that this is their most popular dish. I think they were just being lazy

EDIT: I went back to this restaurant at about 3pm and found that the service was actually excellent this time around! For this I’m changing my 1 star to a 3 star. The ruder employees should still be fired

They close the kitchen at least an hour before the restaurant closes. Not even worth going if it’s past 6:30 and they close at 8:00. Didn’t even get any sort of apology, just “the kitchen is closed and we’re not making any more food.” This isn’t the first time this has happened and I most definitely won’t be trying my luck again.

Seriously? Went by yesterday around 4:30 as I was in the area and they had a sign in the window saying “No gas”. Ok new building problems.
Today we were going to go here for takeout and called first learning they close at 5:00 and are not open on the weekends because “they are in a union building”?
How’s that supposed to work for people that work to or beyond 5:00?
