BEWARE! Just purchased two Double Famous Star combos through the drive through. They were not Doubles, just regular burgers.
Tried calling the numbers on the receipt but no one answers and the second goes to a full voice mail. Would have drove back but I had to be at my next appointment.

Why go to a crowded, loud Donald’s place Carl’s quiet place is always relaxing? Fish sandwich special is tops if you are not a meat eater. The bun however needs to taste better, to achieve the Hawaiian bread flavor, but that’s just me. Glad, this

Rally’s was closed, so I gave Carl’s Jr. a shot, but the value just isn’t there. It’s overpriced, and they actually charged me $0.99 per sauce for a 6-piece chicken star order.
Other restaurants like MCD gives you at least one free sauce. It’s wild that they’re spending money on celebrity marketing from 20 years ago while nickel-and-diming customers for basic dipping sauce.
The Carls Jr app is a total mess. I signed up specifically for the “Free Welcome Item,” but it wouldn’t even let me claim it.
Go to McDonald’s or literally anywhere else!

I love Carl’s Jr, don’t get me wrong but this restaurant really disappointed me, employees are kind a rude, it what really bothered me was, I asked for a single western bacon added lettuce and tomato and they charged me an extra dollar for each item, when gave me the sandwich I noticed it just had one single slice of tomato. No way! A single slice of tomatoe for a dollar?, I know things are very expensive lately, but to me, this is exesive

I bought two Cali XL and one was nice and juicy with flavor . The second one was dried/old (both patties) with very little suace and tasted awful. Just ate about a third of it. Now I have nausea, stomach cramps and diarrhea. Horrible experience. Shame on you (that store)for your careless food handling.

From the moment I pulled up to the speaker until I received my food and drive off I experienced the kindest and most professional service i have ever received at a fast food establishment. A drive through experience at 10pm on a Friday night shouldn’t be as unpleasant as it is when Janet is working at the foothill location in Pomona CA. Her unprofessional and dismissive behavior prevented me from ensuring my order was correct. When I attempted to correct my order upon payment she was difficult and questioning about how I am spending my money at the establishment she is employed at. I’d rather waste gas to travel to another establishment than deal with such a weak night staff with Janet. If an employee can’t compensate for the technical difficulties that come with a drive-through then she shouldn’t work the night shift.
