I ordered two hand held chicke pot pies at the KFC in Franklin, NC. The picture on the screen depicted a large portion of filling. What I got was a folded over crust with little sauce and no chicken, peas or carrots. This was highly disappointing and unacceptable. If I hadn’t ordered it through the drive thru and already been back on the road I would have turned around and returned it. I was charged $8.00 for crust. Do better.

I had heard about the new chicken nuggets that KFC had, so I wanted to go and try them. I got the 12 piece nugget combo, which came with fries and a drink. I also got a large side of mac and cheese to share. We ordered on the app for pick-up, and it was pretty easy to pick up the food. We parked outside, went inside, and there was a pick-up area that had a bag with my name on it. The chicken nuggets were pretty good, and went well with the ranch dipping sauce I ordered. The french fries were also good. The mac and cheese tastes like I remember, years ago. It’s pretty bland and flavorless, but the nostalgia of the taste makes it worth it. I did not interact much with the workers, other than saying “thank you” as I was walking out the door, but our order was correct and there were no issues.

Okay I’m going to be perfectly honest here today I just got home from picking up my order at the KFC in Franklin North Carolina after opening my order I realized that I did not get the dipping sauces that I had paid extra for I’m going to call the manager and just asked if they could watch what they’re doing, during this conversation her actual response was “What do you want me to do about it”…. LOL… I said I simply wanted to make you aware so that you can talk to your people there and let them know to be sure and cover everybody’s order correctly…… I have never filed a complaint on the restaurant however I’ve been a KFC customer since I was a kid now I got to talk about the order that I received I ordered the Nashville hot wings which I’m from Nashville so I know what they are, the strips that I received tasted like they had been embalmed not rotated as normal restaurants do to make sure their food stays fresh!!! The biscuit that I received absolutely was at least a day old maybe longer!!…. And it cost me $15 to boot… Again this is the first time I’ve ever filed a complaint like this but if you look at all the other comments on this page you’re going to find very quickly that this particular store has a heck of a lot more ones than they do fives I truly have to say that what I’ve been hearing about their service and product has gone completely downhill and I 100% support the fact that that is true now!!! It’s a shame they have to start losing 100% customers since childhood over poor management, and being in management all my life after reading these reviews that are coming through I would definitely be having conversation with with upper management and with my staff!!!…. Oh well that’s your choice, but I personally will not be back to that particular location!!!

I swear every time I go to this store in the evenings I get the worst possible customer service. The absolutely worst. Kim was her name today. Rude from the time we pulled up through the drive thru until we left. Horrible person to have running the window. Lazy, terrible people skills and her attitude was disgraceful. Absolutely astonishing at how little the amount of spicy sauce they put on my chicken sandwich. Then they said they wouldn’t give me more because they can’t charge me for it. Offered to give me Buffalo sauce, but charge me 25 cents per.

Ran through the drive through today because I wasn’t feeling good and didn’t want to cook. My husband ordered a bucket of chicken and two sides. When we got home we saw that they didn’t give us the chicken that we ordered (extra crispy) or the types of pieces we wanted. Not to mention all of the pieces were falling apart, tough, and just gross. The container of mashed potatoes was only half full. Overall I will never go back to this place it was a complete waste of money.
