I realized I was missing my burger within a few minutes of driving away, and when I came back and spoke to the person at the drive thru about not receiving it they were extremely rude. They first told me that I didn’t order a burger even though it was clearly on my receipt. Once they realized I was correct, they didn’t apologize and they continued to tell me that they did pack my burger even though it wasn’t in my bag. How are you going to first tell me I didn’t even order a burger, and then proceed to tell me you did pack it if you didn’t even remember that I ordered one? There was a car in front of me and behind me, a mistake could’ve easily happened where my burger was packed in a different bag. It wasn’t going to be a big deal until the lady accused me of leaving, eating my burger and returning just to get a free one. She continued to say she packed it over and over and refused to accept a mistake could’ve been made. I have never been spoken to like this and constantly accused of lying. Then at the end I was told to “have the day I deserve” after only speaking up to defend myself for being accused of being a liar. It was disgusting. Will not be returning to this A&W ever again and it’s unfortunate because I’ve been coming here for years.

I had a minor issue with the online ordering app, and when I called to investigate they were incredibly quick to fix it. It was a very personalized experience, with the person even calling me back when it was resolved. When I arrived to pick up my order, the fries were piping hot and the root beer float cold with no signs of melting.

Amazing food , service , and atmosphere! Autumn the general manger and her super friendly and efficient team provide an excellent experience . I would highly recommend stopping by and trying their delicious chicken sandwich or a quick sweet treat , like a polar swirl or their all time classic root beer float

Fine experience here last month; the usual A&W fare. Staff was helpful and friendly while we placed a large dine-in order (7 people), and the food was good.

Last week when we ordered at the drive-thru, we thought that the quoted price seemed high so when we pulled around we informed the attendant that it didn’t seem to be correct. He ran our credit card but agreed that it seemed wrong and that he didn’t know how to “do it right”. So he “went to look for a manager to help” and didn’t return for a full fifteen minutes. At that time, he declared that he couldn’t do anything about it. He would not void the transaction to ring up the items separately (we were charged both for 3 items and an additional cost for the “combo meal”) or really make any concessions, though he again agreed that we were vastly overcharged. He then proceeded to basically push us out of the drive-thru, despite making us wait for so long and stealing our money. It was a pretty crummy experience all-round, so I would not recommend visiting unless you want to pay $21 for a combo meal (seriously. I have the receipt).
The food was delicious though 🙂
Edit: I wrote to the store about this experience and they did mail us $20 in gift cards, which was nice. I hope that they also provide training to their workers so that this doesn’t happen again in the future.

There’s nothing like going back in time and reliving special moments of drinking A&W root beer floats and having one of their special hamburger or hot dogs or washed down a cold root beer drink.
There’s three awesome folks working there who greet “you” and ” me ” with a fantastic line “Great to see you again.” Not that standard like “whata you want” hurry cant you see i am busy.

They were really nice, and the food was spectacular. I would definitely come back again. The lady at the counter had a beautiful smile as well.
