A go to for me. Love this place. Unfortunately, the last 2 Fridays that I went, there is a pile of boxes waiting for teriyaki chicken and a usual 10 min wait. One of the best items , but never enough to get you out of there quickly. At least on Friday evening. I always thought they should have a separate line for call in orders and a separate line for walk in customers. Call in orders were taking up the majority of the line while the line at the door kept growing.
If the place next door ever goes up for sale, you should buy it and expand . But thank you for always having excellent positive staff and food.

Today 1/16/2024 I ordered 4 plates to go, and I got my food, so discusting. Two of my plates were very low on the sides. I have never gotten them like this before, and my other two plates, the chicken, were burned. I couldn’t eat it and also were very low on the sides

7/9/24. 1st of all I came in at 8:45 Open tell 10:30. but no food and everything is dry. The older chief is arguing with the lead about making more food in Spanish because of me taking pictures thinking no one can understand them! Very rude!!! She only wanted him to cook more because I took pictures! He didn’t want to cook because he already clean his cooking area! Lazy staff lazy chief! I point out there’s no food and ask if they will be making more was told no! Your open for another 1 hour 45 mins! Just lazy and uncaring!

We ordered a family meal for carry out on New Year’s Eve, and the food we received was absolutely disgusting. It was just before 7 PM when we picked up our order and the food we received was DRY and old. Probably the left overs from the dinner rush. It basically ruined our dinner and was so disappointing. The staff should never have sent that food out. The honey walnut shrimp was literally dry because the sauce had soaked into the breading under the heat lamp. I’ve never seen anything like it.
Update: I contacted corporate to file a formal complaint and after quite some time received a satisfying resolution. My meal was fully refunded. I appreciate that Panda’s corporate office made this right.

Fantastic little stop off spot to grab a quick lunch. Food is always fresh top quality staff are always very friendly. Kudos to Jerry for excellent customer service for a chain restaurant. They really know how to do it right here.

I have eaten here multiple times. I have never had a problem with service or food. Just today 12/9/21 I was served raw chicken. It’s clear that the piece of chicken was cut too thick and didn’t cook all the way through. It was crispy on the outside and raw on the inside. I would advise anyone to avoid eating their almond chicken. I tried to call multiple times to handle this quietly. They let their phone ring and they don’t have a voicemail. One time when I called, they clearly picked up and then ended the call.
Aside from this the two ladies working for very nice. I didn’t finish the rest of the food but what I did eat tasted good. I would rate the experience higher, however being served raw chicken is an instant zero for me. If the owner or manager wishes to reach out feel free.

5/7/24. The chow mein was full of onions! Huge chunks, it was noodles and onions. The fried rice had a lot of onions too. It was way way too much. I came in towards the end of the night so they gave me extra chicken so that was nice. I would have liked not to have to pick out at least a half of onion though

I have ordered the family a couple of times with them and this time they didn’t use the cardboard containers. VERY disappointed because 1 you cannot reheat in plastic and 2 they don’t give you as much food in the plastic containers as they do in the cardboard.

Bad experience. Online order. They didn’t pull order until after it was supposed to be picked up. Learned that an ala carte order costs more than a bowl. $8.70 for a medium chicken mushroom. Could have gotten a bowl of same entree with a side for $8.50. 2 entrees with a side for $10. Shameful. Will never go here again.

Got my order wrong. Tried calling no answer. Food is only ok. I can’t cook for myself right now. I think they should have just answered the phone. Be careful with your take out. Check it before you leave. How hard is it to read an order?
