I did a pick up order. I got two drinks and it’s not even like they follow the instructions at all. I got myself and my brother a drink. We both got frappe and I got the pistachio one and I added mocha to it to make it like the dubi chocolate and my bother got the Carmel ribbon crunch. I have a photo of what we wanted and what we got. For starters my cup was not lined and I did not have the chocolate curls I understand if they did not have it they could of told me and now for my brothers his cup was also not lined and they put all that Carmel at the bottom and he could barley even take a drink. I would understand if it was busy or something but it wasn’t it was slow. It was a bunch of teenage girls and they all just looked around when I pulled up. I use to love coming here and now I’m done.

Went to the drive thru and hadn’t been here in a while. Deanna was patient while I scanned the menu and after a while asked if she could help me find something. She gave several great recommendations and I ended up getting the Caramel Brule latte! It was exactly how she described.

Even if the girl at the window tried to hide her racism against black people she could not it’s literally the same girl at the window every time staring at me not saying a word and barley reaching the Apple Pay machine out the window to the point I have to get out my car she refuse to say hello. Why Does every other employee have the worst attitude at this Starbucks location, and the worst offender of them all is the manager Sandy Simmons. Time to retire. Talking to her is like talking to a brick wall, no resolution to anything. Drinks made incorrectly and refusal to fix the issue.

I have never left a negative google review before, but this place is in such a convenient location for me, but I try to avoid it as much as I can. They are never nice/helpful there (except for one older lady), and my drink is never made right. If they were nice, I wouldn’t care about the messed up drinks. I think everyone there just needs a hug.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. I love the staff, especially in the morning. They’re so sweet and sweet to my daughter whenever we come in. Always very pleasant and my drink is always correct!

I just want to clarify- they were not busy! My first problem was the barista taking orders; I’ve never seen someone so unenthusiastic. Her name looked like it was Miah (something with an M) Not a hello or have a good day- rude taking order and handing it. My other bone to pick is my cup has no drink??? I ordered a grande cinnamon dolce latte and it’s not even filled. I swear it’s always this Starbucks.

TERRIBLE. Not consistent whatsoever lines are very long will take you 20 mins then your food is just waiting at the door getting cold while 3 cars are in front of you. I won’t be coming to this location again
