My Bf and I went there yesterday for my birthday and he paid 17. Something for our 2 smoothies
He’s card is still being charged
They have charged him 3 times for 2 smoothies we got YESTERDAY
He called today and spoke to some young kid and told him that his card is being charged and he couldn’t get stuff from the mall bc of this and the kid responded with “well who’s fault is that” all while some kids were yelling in the background.
This is NOT how you handle business especially when you are in service handling other people’s money

I got the Acai bowl, no coconut bits, add peanut butter drizzle with honey drizzle on top! It was really good! My only complaint is that I wish the bowls were bigger, they were rather small for the price. My total was a little over $13, subtract $1.25 to add peanut butter.

I pulled up to the speaker and asked are there any new flavors? The guy said basically no, so I proceeded to order what was on the menu. Pulled up to the window and the little guy told me the cost and took my card. I looked over and seen that the flavor of the month is Chocolate covered strawberries and said I thought there wasn’t any new flavors? He said is it not on the menu? I said no. He then said Oh, here is your card back, closed the window and start picking at the sores on his face. Didn’t ask if I wanted to change my order or if I wanted to try and see if I like it (NOTHING) Thankfully someone else gave me my drink I ordered.

I try to keep my money in my city but 9 out of 10 times that I go to this particular one, something is messed up, too small, not consistent with every other store, old, undercooked, overcooked, or rotten. The number on the receipt is disconnected. The number on Google doesn’t work. You can’t call and speak to a manager. You have to drive all the way back up there. Today’s issue is undercooked rice and cold ingredients on a warm wrap. It is a shame that you have to sit at the window and actually bite into your food before you leave to make sure it’s correct and fresh. I’ll just have my food Door Dashed from the Southside store from now on.

The smoothies here are always on point. So super yummy we got quesadillas and they were very good. It’s very pricey so you can’t really bring the whole family but it’s nice for a little date with your kid.

I’m always greeted with a warm welcome when I come in the doors and even when they’re busy, they still acknowledge you. They have delicious smoothies and breakfast sandwiches. This is always my go to place when I’m craving an “Awesome Orange” smoothie.

I came and got 2 smoothies around lunch time and kenisha made this the worst experience I’ve ever had at a tropical smoothie and I come to this one often and the rest of the staff is so nice and helpful but kenisha was almost yelling at me and just talking very rudely like she didn’t want me to order anything
