The Alderwood branch is a spacious spot with a drive-thru and a bright, glass-walled dining area. Every table has a fresh flower, giving it a stylish touch. The staff are kind, attentive, and make sure you enjoy a satisfying meal.
It’s a bit of a walk from Alderwood Mall, but absolutely worth the trip!
Chick-fil-A’s original “Chicken Sandwich” is a classic.
The chicken breast is juicy and tender with a crispy coating, served on a soft bun. The pickles add a nice tangy kick.
It’s great on its own, and even better with your favorite sauce.

Took my two kids here for dinner and play, and we had a fantastic time. The person who took our order was incredibly nice, friendly, and polite. That kind of customer service is hard to find at a fast-food restaurant, but this Chick-fil-A.
The place was also spotless. I saw an employee constantly sweeping and keeping the dining area clean. It was a perfect stop after a long day of work; it definitely made my evening better. Highly recommend!

Service was great but when I got home I opened my wrap and was extremely disappointed. I always get the same grilled chicken wrap and have never seen such a small portion of filling in my wrap. Had to takw off more than half the tortilla bc it was so much compared to the 5 pieces of chicken inside.

I have picked up dozens of DoorDash and Uber eats orders from this location, probably at least 30+ by now. They are almost always quick to service me when I walk in and their order turnaround times are very fast overall. I’ve only ever had to wait longer than five minutes, maybe two or three times in total in the past. My wife and I regularly order food from this location and one occasion, we decided to eat inside of the restaurant and it was very pleasant. The booth was comfortable that we decided to sit in and the atmosphere was very friendly. There was a lot of other people eating in the restaurant at the same time as us, but overall, the noise level was very manageable. The staff at this location are very friendly and professional, as well as as quick. Great service, the food quality is very good, and I haven’t had a single bad experience at this location to this date despite so many different visits for different reasons. In addition to eating inside of the restaurant, their drive-through is very quick and their drive-through staff are well trained and very polite. The inside of the restaurant is generally speaking well kept and clean overall – I have yet to see it be ridiculously dirty or anything unreasonable. Five stars out of five, would highly recommend this Chick-fil-A location for sure.

Marysville location is still a bit better overall. As they are on top of cleaning the tables and food is piping hot.

Love this location! Staff are super friendly, and food is always fresh and high quality. I usually alternate between the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich, tenders, and nuggets, with a side of waffle fries. I tried the peach shake during this visit and it has now become a new favourite! Will be back soon!

From the moment I walked into this Chick-FIL-A, I felt welcomed by the employees behind the counter. Despite there being a small line, I was greeted from the minute I walked in the door! Upon placing my order, the employees were helpful and friendly. The staff truly seemed to enjoy being at work. I feel like this is becoming more and more rare these days, so this was a pleasant surprise!
The establishment was clean and visually appealing. Modern and up-to-date tables and chairs, automated trash receptacles, and adorable flowers were placed beautifully on every table. A very nice touch!
My food was ready quickly, was fresh, piping hot, and delicious! I had the spicy chicken deluxe with waffles fries and dipping sauce. Tasty, tasty, tasty!!!

i came here 20 minutes before close and all the staff were women, first green flag. they were extremely polite, the food came out quick, and even though they were about to shut down for the day, the food was still TOP TIER. i’m talking chicken still juicy, drinks perfect. and when i looked in to the kitchen, it was spotless and those ladies were working HARD. i can’t wait to come back.
