This is my honest review of this Burger King. My family and I have eaten here three times over the past few weeks. The quality of the food seems to be subpar. Our previous outing we were served cold burgers. Tonight the fries seemed old, cold, and dry. Our burgers had very little to no mayonnaise. We will more than likely find a different go to place to eat.

We got two 12 pieces chicken fry’s, a 8pice chicken fry and a 8 pic mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were hot and fresh but the chicken was old and an entire 12 peace I couldn’t even eat because it was rock hard.

Ordering through the app was a breeze, even with our large order for a sports event. Mrs. Cindy H. and the entire BK crew made it happen flawlessly—nothing was missing, and they handled it all with such kindness and professionalism. I truly felt welcomed, and they went above and beyond to take care of us and my high school kids. I didn’t think the kids would actually wear the BK crowns, but they did—and it was the cutest thing! Clean, nice and a great staff. We stopped in for breakfast and had pleasant experience. Everyone was kind, the restaurant was clean and the service was quick. The menu is as you would expect. Definitely recommend stopping in for a bit to eat.

Completely incompetent employees. Ordered through DoorDash and most of my order (4 out of 6 items) were wrong or missing. I didn’t make any special requests. Just two double sausage, egg and cheese croissants, two bacon, egg and cheese croissants and two hashbrowns. Got two single sausage sandwiches, both missing the egg. Only one bacon and it was also missing the egg and one of two hashbrowns arrived.
Just know that if you order from here, you’re not going to get the entire order what you do get will likely be wrong.
This isn’t the first time. I thought maybe the last time was just a couple honest mistakes but it seems they just don’t give a damn about their job or the customers satisfaction.
