Its was terrible. It felt like the staff didn’t want to be there. They had a crappy attitude the whole time. It was slow then they closed off the kid erea multiple families showed up it was only 8 pm but they close at 10 that was way unreasonable. Wings where only half glazed with sauce it took them 50 mins to get our pizza, it had large pools of grease and it wasn’t busy. The pizza wasn’t cut i felt as if i complained they would spit in my food kind of feeling lol. I usually go to barrows and never have such a horrible everything. I really should of went somewhere else. I swear it was just like the movie Waiting screw that…. Never coming back the staff should be embarressed it was pathetic seriously. Wow here’s some pic’s and my reciept no joke it was a horrible joke.

Very pleased with Barro’s every time we order. Quality comfort food with a reasonable price tag. We have ordered both pick up and delivery. Pick up was a great experience as the young lady working was so friendly, delivery came within the hour and the delivery man was also very friendly.
Spend a bit extra from your ordinary pizza spots and be 100% satisfied with what you get. Their pizza and wings are amazing!

Ordered pizza, wings and salad. I didnt get the wings until we finished our food. So I asked for the wings in a to go box. They did that part and handed them to the table next to us. 20 min later waiting in line for to go boxes they realize they handed it out to wrong folks. Your cashiers were extremely unaware of their roles and were helping the kitchen and cleaning the front while there were 5-8 people waiting in line. I did get a refund so not worried about that.

pizza was just ok. I didn’t get the taste of the pizza dough or the flour that was a minus. cheese on it was good. I don’t like typical american tomato sauce. too minty and salty for my taste.. I guess they don’t have napkins too. staff was nice and friendly but I didn’t like the food that much..

It’s been some time since I have ordered from a Barros. We ordered an extra large pepperoni/sausage pizza online. It told us that the pizza would take about 45 minutes to be ready. We got to the location about 20 minutes early and our pizza was already ready. I think it’s great to have the food ready early but if we waited the amount of time it said online then our pizza would be sitting for a while! When we picked up there was no one in store but two workers. They both weren’t very friendly when arriving/helping us. Love Barros, but they need to work on their customer service.

I was stopping by area to eat pizza and wings. I chose the place because I had delivered once before. The young hostess Arizona did a phenomenal job. She stood at attention with the intent to listen well. Took orders promptly at did her job amazingly. Thank you Avery for the wonderful customer service.

Really disappointing service today; our wings weren’t prepared as desired, our pizza was missing some toppings and had some extra not ordered toppings…. We called it in and they did make it right. Unsure if we will try them again after this but it’s pretty disturbing and killed my appetite today.

We pickup Barro’s fairly frequently and really like the pasta and wings. But the best value really is their weekday lunch deals.
Pizza with a drink around $5 (and its a hearty piece). They also have other lunch deals as well but for quick yummy lunch for a deal, can’t beat it!
Oh and also not a bad place to watch sports, lots of big TVs plus games for the kids.

Scottsdale Road and oak borrows pizza I stopped in Sunday afternoon ordered 12 wings. They were busy at the time but nevertheless after over an hour of waiting for my wings I asked them they lost the order somehow and I left without my wings. Got my money back. It’s been a while since I’ve been there. The same girl rang me up that screwed up my order last time. I honestly think if you don’t leave a tip at the register, you’re gonna have a problem with your meal there I always tip at the table. I’ve had several encounters with this girl for the over a long period of time. I’m tired of going there.

We frequent this location a lot. Food is always amazing, never had a problem. I want to highlight how their employee, Avery, was doing a fantastic job. It was incredibly busy and she was handling incoming customers, phone calls, and door dash orders. Her customer service alone would have us come back.
