I went there today to try the boneless wings combo! I had the hot honey lemon pepper wings combo, and EVERYTHING was delicious! I wanted to give them a 10, but the wings weren’t as spicy as I hoped they’d be! WTBS, I’ll give my overall experience a 9.9, and I’ll DEFINITELY BE BACK

I placed a mobile order and was told it has to be picked up inside when I went through the drive thru which was no issue. One issue was they had the car pull up right past the window blocking me from pulling out due to all of the semis parked in that area. The restaurant should have designated parking spots for customers that are waiting on their orders. The second issue was even though I placed my mobile order 30 mins in advance I still had to wait for a lengthy period of time because of the orders being made for the people who ordered inside way after me. The third issue is the customer service was nonexistent. The fourth issue is the extra side I ordered was left out of the bag and I discovered this after I had already left. The food tasted fine. The biscuits are the best food item the restaurant has.

We are a family of 10 so our order is always a big order. Every time we order the food is hot and fresh! A few times an item was missing and they were so nice and apologetic and made it right with no questions. They have earned our business! Excellent employees every time!

First off I am pissed… Royally Pissed. The service was close to nonexistent. Ordering from the drive through was almost comical. The fact that the young lady didn’t know what was on the outside menu set the tone for the entire experience. We were told to pull up and park in an unclear location. Then waited 15 mins for sandpaper that they called fresh chicken and tenders as skinny as a child’s finger. The biscuits did not disappoint. They are the only reason for the 1 star earned in this review. This location needs remodeling, renovation and new employees.
