Expect to be in the drive through for a minimum of 20 minutes and once you pull up to the drive through you’ve committed yourself to sit there for however long they decide to take. You can’t pull out of the drive through because it’s made so you can’t leave. For safety reasons I wish it didn’t trap you in. If you were to have some sort of emergency happen you’re stuck because the people in front of you or behind you would rather get their food than accommodate a medical emergency or any other kind of emergency. When I see this type of drive through I don’t usually go to the restaurant unless I know they’ll be fast and this specific Taco Bell is not fast at all.

Wait in line for over 20 minutes for order. They prioritize drive thru so much no one is at front counter. If that busy put more people on the time frames of busy hours. Inside was dirty with trash on floors in several places.

I visited this location seven months ago and had a very positive experience. The food was well-prepared with no errors on the order, which I really appreciated. The exterior was well-maintained, with a clean driveway and an inviting appearance from the parking lot. Order fulfillment was prompt, and the drive-through service was excellent and professional. It is a reliable spot for a quick, accurate meal served by a friendly team.

They just put lettuce on it. You can barely see any cheese, tomato, or sour cream at all! I usually like Taco Bell, but today it was terrible!

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Food was cold, they didn’t make one of our items correctly, and they took over 20 minutes to make our food when there wasn’t anyone there or in the drive-thru. The floor was also super greasy and it made our footing very slippery. The parking lot was littered with trash too.

I went to Taco Bell last night after I ordered online at 11:20pm. I get off work at 11 and I was ravenous. When I got to taco bell, they informed me sadly, over the intercom, they had no meat. None.
I despaired. I actually thought I might cry. I rolled up the window to curse. Then I asked for a refund. They had me pull around were the manager, Crystal, told me they needed me to cancel the order online to refund it, otherwise if I waited until 12 it would do so automatically. Unfortunately, I left my data-less phone at home and needed the money back quickly to see if Wendy’s could feed me. The manager Crystal offered to cook me all fresh meat and did so QUICKLY. She is spectacular. She solved the problem without a hint of upset, and I am so grateful to that woman.
