The food, cashier and our server was great. We had a problem with the manager. She came out and walked to our table with an attitude. She saw 2 shrimp on a plate and told us with an attitude we had to pay dinner price because the shrimp was for the dinner. We had been eating from the bar the entire time. The only thing they added was shrimp. I only took a couple to taste. She was acting as if there was a plate full of shrimp. We got there around 3:45pm and she came to the table at 4:03. We talked to her with respect but she was very disrespectful to my mom. The cashier noticed her behavior and intervene with kindness. The manager needs to take more customer service training. She could’ve told us in a much better way. My mom spoke good things about the restaurant. That was one of her favorite places to go after her doctor’s appt., but the manager spoiled our visit. We don’t live in Swainsboro, we live an hour away.

The food actually quite good, we eat at weekend 2 adult 1 toddler and the total is 27,66 before tax. They have sushi, hibachi, soup, salad bar, western food, and dessert as well.

Most recent visit was terrible conditions in the building. No AC, floor is damp and VERY SLIPPERY from condensation. Damned near went down more than once.
A solid 4 for freshness of food, well stocked bar. Service is OK for a staff that largely does not speak English. Restaurant has an older look about it, especially from outside, however is very clean and well kept. Not sure I will be going back again, at least for awhile.

I really like eating there because the food is good, just not a fan of service… they stay busy, but not busy enough to not ever refill your drink… service is a major part of how you make and keep your business going… it’s not just about the food… do better for your customers and MAKE SURE YOU KEEP THEM HAPPY AND THEY WILL KEEP COMING BACK! Don’t ever let a customers drink get half way or EMPTY before you ask if they want a refill… thanks have a great day.
