The worse. The pizzas are either half cooked or burnt. I stopped coming here but came back because my kids like the crazy bread. Definitely not coming back after this burnt cheese pizza. I order last week and it was burnt so the guy gave me another one. This time I had it delivered and it’s burnt again. My kids said eww that’s not cheese i’m not eating it. Waste of money. Go to pizza hut and dominos down the street instead.

Worse ever little Caesar’s outlet, very arrogant and unfriendly staff. They took more than one hour to give one Pizza and a cheese puff. Absolutely disgusting and pathetic customer service ever. Please avoid if possible.
Very carefully check your order before leavening. We ordered stuffed macaroni and they have given a normal pizza and paid for dips and not even bothered to give us those. There was an excellent manager before at this location but seems he is not there anymore. The place is a mess. Many delivery guys were complaining about the time they have taken to give the order, some said over a 20minutes from the actual delivery time. Which is crazy.

Ordered the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni Pizza and the just gave me a regular undercooked pizza with old World Pepperonis on them. Then when I confronted the manager instead of admitting wrong he tried to gas light me into sating it was correct. He did I ordered regular crust instead of thin crust but when you prder that pizza there is no optipn for crust type because it is a special kind of crust….. He should of been honest, I would of been cool. Look at the picture they advertise and what I got.

If I could give a negative review I would . This is the worst little Cesar In Houston terrible customer service . Employee keept laughing would not attend customers a lot of people were waiting for online orders they had places 40/30min before . I placed an order at 7:43pm I went at 8:30pm to pick up it wasent even ready as others orders either . I placed it online so it could be fresh pizza was cold was not even in the warmer crazy bread was not ready had to wait 15 more min . They look horrible like my toddler made them . They all kept laughing and covering their face not once did I see them wash their hands . The screen that holds orders was full they were not keeping up with incoming orders . Customers came as walk in and they said they don’t do orders in store all online for what they won’t be ready any ways.online orders that came to pick up all they would say is “ we haven’t started it so you just want your refund “ what kind of service is that if people are ordering is cause they want it . I am so upset with this disgusting service . Also I will be reporting this location since no manager was available or so they say to not take responsibility I know a food establishment should have a shift leader atleast available. Bad employees that should not be working or left to be encharged . And this was a Tuesday can you imagine the service on a busy weekend .

Little Caesars delivered a solid experience overall. The lunch special was affordable and met expectations, cooked exactly to my preference with no issues. Customer service was sufficient quick, straightforward, and efficient without unnecessary wait time. While it’s not positioned as gourmet pizza, it does what it promises and does it well: convenient, consistent, and satisfying for a fast lunch option.

The only appropriate rating is zero, but that is not an option. I waited over AN HOUR tonight for my food. Got breadsticks THROWN at me by the little man at the front with the bucket hat and when I asked for his name he said “I don’t have a name”. This is unacceptable behavior and he should be fired. Posted is a picture of the little man who threw the bread sticks.

This location has consistently going down. From the customer service to the food product. They’re out of whatever you order, you’re waiting for extended periods of time and the food does not look appetizing. Whoever owns this location needs to come in and clean house.

I usually order from this location all of the time due to it being close to my home and the pizza is always good but I’m so disappointed right now. There was a plastic lid from a container baked into one of my pizzas that I ordered for my children! I understand yall get busy but please be careful this is dangerous! Slow down, pay attention! Quality matters!
