Some chipotle are good for portion sizes, this one is not.
An embarrassingly small portion of cheese and rice for these tacos. Very disappointed.

Simply terrible, terrible food. Really dirty behind the counter, cant order anything plain because all the ingredients have been dropped into one another. Will not be back. Also the burrito is literally half the size of anywhere else…$30 for two half sized burritos and a water lol

This chipotle bowl came with a sticker from an avocado. How is it even possible to mess up that bad? It is not sanitary at all and I would’ve swallowed that nasty sticker. After the employee talked to the manager we were only allowed to have HALF a refund before she talked again and changed it to full. Terrible experience.

This is hands down, the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. I placed an order through UberEats and selected the ASAP option. I got in line since there was only like 1 person ahead of me. I politely mentioned the order I placed, including my name. I patiently step back to let them do their thing. Multiple people walk in. I noticed orders are being put out, but never heard them call me to get mine. I go up and ask one of the employees if one of those bags is for Jayden. They say the person next to them is preparing it. I’m like “okay” so I wait some more. People are heading out with their orders, and I realized that it’s past my pick-up time even though I was there when it was originally empty. At this point, I just tell the person by the register “I placed an order for Jayden.” They grab my bag and put it to the left of the person who was on my left instead of handing it to me. So I have to reach over them to get my order. I’m ready to just grab what I need and head out because this experience is ridiculous. I get to my car, while my husband is driving home I realize they managed to still mess up my order. They gave us flour tortillas and not corn. Also, the meat on the burrito bowls was so inedible that I wouldn’t give it to my dog. The meat was more dry than the Sahara desert. If you’re gonna have bad service at least have good food. If your food sucks, at least be kind. You can’t have both.

Horrible… unclean place. There was a literal bug in my food . Absolutely no quality control here. DO NOT RISK EATING HERE!!
Update there was a second instance of a bug on my food…this time it was a big beetle. Absolutely do not get food from this Chipotle.

Look at the portion! I ordered it online and picked it up. This is what’s in the box… I mean… is it because I ordered it online and wouldn’t be checking the portion in the store, you guys just put minimum portion in there?

I frequently visit this chipotle but this evening they were out of several items in stock (which fine it happens) but they proceeded to soak the burrito bowl in the tomato water from the mild salsa with 4 pieces of tomato before it was replaced. When I asked them to remake it they told us “that’s how it’s supposed to be” and passed us to a different employee. Beyond rude and an appalling looking bowl

Oh, Chipotle. How far you’ve fallen since the glory days. I took a long break due to the drastic decline in quality post-Covid, but came back around because it really is a solid product, if done correctly. Unfortunately, you are missing the mark, consistently.
Customer service is non-existent. Not just in this store, but across locations (at least in Chicago). And food quality (observe the piece aluminum in the food) has gone down as well.
One very easy fix to improve quality: every now and again, wipe down the counter top. There is always guac, and sour cream, and cheese all over the place.
Raise the wages of your employees. They clearly do not want to be there.
Hoping to one day be able to revisit.
