The service and quality at this place match that of a Jersey Mike’s. They serve a substantial and delicious sandwich, and the service was both quick and friendly. Convenient parking is available in the back, and there’s a delightful ice cream shop next door for those craving a sweet treat afterward. I’ll definitely return for the convenience when I’m in the area.

The plus side of the place is that it was close to the hotel and less expensive than the on site restaurants. I got a sandwich there twice during my 6 day stay. But- I don’t eat meat and they’re quite limited in toppings that are vegetarian. Subway has at least twice as many. A regular size veg sandwich, a drink & chips was just under $15 bucks. They close at 8 p.m.

I’m extremely pleased with my experience here at this Jersey Mike’s Sub location. I was staying at an Inn close by and it was perfect walking distance to grab some lunch. The staff here are very professional, kind, and friendly towards their customers. The food tasted fresh and delicious. What’s really great about this location is the fact that it’s across the street from the beach! You can’t beat that! Well done Jersey Mike’s Subs of Laguna!!!

Jersey Mike’s never fails me. I love walking into the BHC store and being welcomed by the friendly staff! They’re always fast and very nice. My usual are #10, #8, #9, and, of course, the #26. They make my sandwiches and have me on the road in no time. Gar and Kabrin are rockstars!!!

On 4/9/2025 I went in and asked a question the girl completely ignored me and laughed at me. She had such a nasty attitude. We went around 12:30 PM so whoever that curly haired girl is she needs to be fired or whipped into shape. I’m absolutely disgusted with her behavior. Never ever coming here again!!!!

At first I enjoyed coming here lately I really wish their employees could get some training on customer service and learn some manners. Only about couple of their employees I can say make you feel welcomed. I would expect more especially from their shift Leader and I would like to come more often unfortunately their poor customer service is just a deal breaker for me.

The sandwiches always great here, they make it exactly how you order it. The breads and other ingredients are fresh and flavorful. I love the Philly Cheese steaks, they do a really great job on those. The place is always clean and the staff is friendly. I like to order on the app so that I don’t have to wait in line. There is limited seating at this location, one table inside and about three tables outside, where it is a little noisy due to the coast highway traffic passing by 10′ – 20′ away from the tables. There are about 8 parking spaces in the back of the building.

Pretty disappointed in this location… zero consistency and they never mark there sandwiches with markers and it causes orders to be messed up! They take zero accountability when customers follow up! They should be ashamed to run this location especially cause I believe they own more then one location! You buy out subway that has been there for over 20 years… at least make the sandwich the way the franchise has allocated!
