Absolutely phenomenal experience for my birthday dinner! Bri was very helpful with making this birthday dinner a sucess! The moment we walked in, we felt like VIPs. Service was impeccable – attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Food was OUTSTANDING. Drinks were well curated! Tasteful and good! Every dish was a flavor explosion, beautifully presented. But what truly made the night was the incredible extras they surprised us with – clearly going above and beyond. Ambiance was elegant and cozy, perfect for a special night out. Can’t wait to come back and bring more friends! I will return to try the rest of the menu.

Amavi exceeded my expectations. Came with a big group for wife’s birthday. I’ve seen this spot all over social media for a while now so I knew the vibes and aesthetic was on point. What I didn’t know was how good the food is. The food was absolutely delicious. I was pleasantly surprised as I was eating the appetizers from the beef tartare w/ bone marrow, to the chicken and shrimp skewers, burrata, shishito peppers, everything was delicious. The hanger steak (although not as warm as I would’ve liked) was tender and flavorful. The drinks were great. Wife loved the branzino. We had a large party and everyone enjoyed the food. The vibes were great, music was bumping. The hookah was also surprisingly great. Definitely pricey but worth it in my opinion. Felt like I was smoking a premium hookah, very smooth and flavorful. Service was spectacular. Our waitress Erika was very attentive and accommodating. Overall it was a great experience & I will definitely return to Amavi.

A beautiful, unrushed dining experience. Lamb chops, chicken skewers, and steak were all outstanding. Our waiter set the tone attentive, kind, and present. Desserts and tea were the perfect, elevated ending.

The food was good but definitely overpriced — you’re mostly paying for the “fancy ambiance.” The waiter brought us bread with oil after a long wait for our food, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. Portions are small, so again, it’s more about the atmosphere than the meal.
They mentioned a front area for pictures, but it was just a small, poorly lit corner with a couch. Drinks were good, and the lamb chops were tasty. The truffle pasta was too saucy, and the other red pasta was pretty basic. Honestly, I feel like I could have gotten similar food somewhere else for cheaper. Service was okay — nothing outstanding.

The aesthetics of the place looked cozy and quiet, until a DJ came and started blasting music. Why? There was no dance area or anything. I was not expecting such loudness at the price point and looks of such restaurant. The vibes suddenly felt like I was eating at Lavo or Tao, when I was 15 years younger. Thanks to the noise level I don’t want to eat there again even though the food was decent.

I come to this restaurant at least three times a week, and it truly feels like my second home. The biggest reason for that is the incredible manager. From the moment I walk in, he goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome, always greeting me with genuine warmth and making sure every detail is perfect. His attention, professionalism, and kindness set the tone for the entire dining experience.
It’s rare to find someone who consistently makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just a customer. He has mastered that art — and it’s why I’ve decided to host a 50-person party here. I can’t think of a better place to celebrate with friends and family, knowing that we’ll be treated with the same care and hospitality I receive every time I visit.

After hearing about this restaurant for some time, we decided to give it a shot! The Lamb Chops were amazing, the pasta was a bit too oily, the skewers were okay. We wanted to enjoy the restaurant to the full extent, including the hookah, which begins after 9pm. We had mentioned to our server we would like to order hookah. Our server was overall okay, except they ignored our request to see the hookah flavors after reminding her. We were told the hookahs weren’t ready? We asked another server to show the flavors, and were completely ignored by her after she said she would. We asked for the bill after seeing her and our server continuing to show tables the hookah flavors but skipping us! Despite the hookahs being ready or not, it would have been nice to at least put our order in!
