I called In order about 645 I get down there and nobody knows where my order is at say they don’t have it in the computer. I said I drove all the way down here. Y’all told me my order be ready in 15 minutes I said can you help me out with any discounts? They said no we can’t help you out and that was the manager. I just think it’s pretty sorry every time I go to Pizza Hut. I have problems at a Camden And other Pizza Huts Now I gotta go back to Pizza Hut and Camden to pick up an order that should’ve been ready when I got there. I’m some kind of pissed and you would be too that she was on the other foot.

I’ve tried really hard not to leave a bad review but the first time, the the customer can’t locate how his wife placed their order. (Pizza Hut site or door dash) The manager takes him aside and the rep just leans in the corner so I have to ask, “Can I get some assistance?” She goes on about how once there’s an order on the screen she can’t bypass… Huh?! I’m pretty sure you can remove his order and help the next person since he wasn’t prepared.
Today my order was supposed to be ready at 4:19p and wasn’t ready until 4:36p although I ordered online. Another gentleman who ordered in the store received his food before me… How?!?! He had about 7 personal pans to my 3. And all the older guy could say is, “I know, I know!” I specifically asked what the ETA of my order was but didn’t get an answer. I won’t be back anytime soon. The manager is great however.

Pizza was fresh and hot. Server was courteous and friendly. When i ordered. She suggest the special which i got a large for the price of a med. Pizza was out of the oven in about 12 minutes. Which was pretty good. Since their delivery and carryout was pretty busy at the time i was dining in.

I would give a lower review but the limit is 1 star. Here I don’t have to say much spent twenty bucks look what I got! Stopped eating pizza hut a while ago when I noticed the quality becoming crumby. Decided to give em a try. So disappointed. When I got off of work and had a chance to call and let the manager know how poor the pizza was he began to question me about why I took so long to call. I guess I should have stopped doing my job to call and complain about someone else not doin there’s anyway. Since the manager had an attitude I decided to post these pics. Maybe I can spare someone the disappointment. Dominoes has really stepped there game up on the other hand so.

Every time we’ve come for dine in (or even take out), everyone has been so sweet and kind! The food is always, always amazing. When they say no one out pizzas the Hut, they must be referring to Camden specifically. We also order the Large Stuffed Crust Pepperoni pizza and the crust to everything else ratio is PERFECT. We frequent our location just because the food is great, albeit a smidge pricey for what we order, but obviously that isn’t slowing us down! Greatly appreciate you, Camden Pizza Hut!

If you request Buffalo sauce instead of marinara, is it supposed to be a very thin layer of Texas Pete hot sauce? Cause that’s what it was… I’m very confused. It was not good at all.
Edit: tried to get food two more times since the original posting. The second time they forgot to add onions to the pizza so they just threw a bunch of raw red onions on top of the pizza after it was cooked. The third time I ordered the dinner box. Got home and opened the box to discover there were no cinnamon sticks, marinara, or icing in the box. Had to come back to the store after I was already home to get it. No doubt the original food will be cold by the time I get back home.
Save yourself some frustration and go somewhere else.

We ordered a pizza after almost 2 years because we had had a bad experience in the past, but wanted to give them a try again. Unfortunately the pizza we got had onions on it, instead of mushrooms. When we called Pizza Hut and they admitted they made the pizza incorrectly, they said we had to take it up with Door Dash since they delivered it. Even though Door Dash did nothing wrong. It was Pizza Hut who made the pizza incorrectly, and the person we spoke to refused to do anything to resolve it. We will never make the mistake of ordering from them again. Papa John’s just got our business back for good!

I gave two stars because the drivers are nice. the food I received was of terrible quality. I ordered boneless spicy garlic wings. I guess who ever made my order was being lazy, they just threw a garlic dip in the bag and left the wings bare. The pizza barely has any cheese on it. Literally, the first slice was all sauce and pep. No cheese. And it was cold. I call to see what can be done and get a non chalant response stating they can remake the wings and redeliver but basically that was it almost as if she was expecting me to decline. I then mention the pizza to be told it would be made with the same amount of cheese… lol ok. Remake it, just do it right. The manager not once apologized and made sure to tell me the driver would confirm my story. When the driver came he apologized cuz he had no clue what was going on, was going to charge me for another order until I explained. I told him thanks for being sorry because the manager couldn’t care any less and he agreed. Last time I order from this place. A waste of time and money.
