The employee working the drive through window was polite, friendly, fun, and spoke clearly. She was the highlight of the visit. The food was okay; the order was correct, but not great. We ordered fries without salt, and were told we could have that item, but the fries still tasted salty. The root beer was good.

Staff is way above average in attitude and work ethic. Fast service, clean kitchen, and good food prepararation. A&W still had the best burgers in fast food and at a good price and nothing beats the diet root beer in taste.

Service was sub-par for drive thru, the girl either don’t like or not comfortable with customers or just didn’t want to be there. The French Onion double cheeseburger was a big let down! 8(yes I counted) fat crunchy barely grilled onions and it tastes like a regular cheeseburger with crunchy “grilled” onions at Neenah location. Cheese curds always good though

Customer service was good. Dining inside and it was clean. Hot food is decent, not great. The cold treats are the better than the food. Can’t beat an A&W root beer in a frosty mug. All in all a good place to stop for some good and drinks during the summer.

The drive-thru was crowded but the line .oved at a good pace. My order was taken quickly and politely. The worker at the drive-through window (a female) was friendly, efficient and had my order ready and correct. Food was hot, tasty and filling.

The Service here is absolutely terrible.
You can literally hear the understaffed employees complaining about customers coming in because it’s too much work to do the job they are paid to.
Understaffing is an issue you take up with your manager. Not an issue to MAKE an issue for customers.
1 burger and 2 corn dogs, does NOT take 20 minutes. It was not even busy. This is pathetic.
