I’ve eaten here numerous times and love the pasties or soups, but the burgers are out of this world good, and new to the menu. Cooked to perfect medium, and the meat is quality, as is the cheese and the weigh in at 1/2 lb. Produce on them is super fresh.
Dare I say it’s better then the competitor within stones throw of the business. I’ll be back for more.

Great place! Very comfortable ambience (no blaring tv’s), even a pool table behind the bar. Tried a cup of leek and potato soup, served with a portion of incredibly fresh bread, and a pepper steak pasty (only because they were already sold out of the Original and Guinness Stew options). Fantastic service. Definitely need a few visits to try more of the menu. Bonus a half cooked alternative for take out that you can finish at home in your oven.

This place gets busy and you’ll know why when you try their food. It was my first trying them out so I had to try a little of everything. Lots of tables inside, patio seating, a bar, billiards and tv in the back. Lots of free parking available all around. It can get loud inside depending how many people are there. The noise outside was more from the cars driving by and the pedestrians.

I’ve been to the location downtown in the district and that place is beneficial with the photo booths. However, I didn’t really like the dish I ordered last time.

This time, we were near the Boulder City location thought to try the place again and different menu items. The foods we ordered, so good! Absolutely delicious. They don’t have a Photo Booth here which is sad, but they still have a pool table and a great view/ nice ambience.

Mmmmm so good. I ordered the pastrami, saurkraut pasty and also the caramel apple pasty. I have been to these restaurants before and they are super delicious. Five stars all around! I also ordered the scotch egg…one of the best I have ever had. Highly recommend!

Sydney you are just fantastic, we couldn’t have felt more welcome. Now for the food as a Brit living in the US, I admit I was apprehensive about how good the food could be. I have to say knocked it out of the park . Scotch egg app followed by fish and chips for my wife( best food n the US to date). I had a peppered steak pasty . Loved it living our dream

This was my first time here and my friend recommended that we go after a long hike, which was a good idea.

Service took a while to bring out our food but the food made up for it. Here’s what we ordered:

House made bread and butter: the bread was soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, and delicious overall – especially the the tasty butter.

Broccoli and cauliflower cheese bake: this was extremely well done. The cheese was perfectly melted on the top of the veggies and was a beautiful dish.

Vegan oggie: this is a classic and the filling was the best part. This savory dish paired well with the sweet red sauce.

Veggie chicken tikka masala: very well seasoned and definitely hit the tikka masala flavor! The ingredients are fresh and makes you feel like you’re eating authentic Indian food. The raita on the side well complemented this dish.

Overall a great location with amazing comforting food.

Recommended to dine here from a local, and it was worth the trip to Carson City.
Location is right on one of the main drags, and has plenty of seating for lots of people.
There’s a fairly decent selection of food, with a focus on Pasty’s of all kinds…you will find one you like, and you will have a filling meal.
Group also had one of the very large salads, and I ordered the red skin potatoes which were white hot form the kitchen and really good once they cooled down.
Service was attentive without being overbearing, and on a Sat afternoon their was a nice flow of diners eating there and getting takeout.
Overall, worth the drive to get out of Vegas to enjoy the menu here.

I came to Cornish Pasty Co. in Boulder City for the second time because I really enjoyed the Cajun Chicken pasty on my first visit. Unfortunately, this visit was a disappointment. The pasty was served pretty cold, the chicken was dry, and the sauce lacked the flavor I remembered.
I also ordered a salad, but the lettuce wasn’t fresh—some pieces had red spots and tough, hard stems. The salad dressing was the only thing I really enjoyed.
To be honest, the service wasn’t great the first time I visited either, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt because the food made up for it. This time, both the food and service were underwhelming. The staff seemed disengaged, and there wasn’t much attention to the overall dining experience.
Unfortunately, this visit has made me question whether I’ll be coming back.
