I have been to the Den at Hush now twice and it has been an amazing experience both times. The specialty drinks they had were absolutely delicious and the service was wonderful. We were able to order food and have it delivered up and honestly the vibe is just unbeatable. Definitely a chill atmosphere and beautiful. Also the fact I could play Yahtzee was just an added bonus. Will definitely be going back again!

The Den at Hush is a great hidden gem in southington! It’s a perfect spot for happy hour, date night or a group event. I’ve tried multiple cocktails there and every time they are delicious. Ordering food from the other businesses in the building is so easy and they even brought it right up to me! The staff is so friendly and I’m always in great company sitting at the bar. If you haven’t been I highly recommend checking out the Den!

Came here to check out the hidden speakeasy. You have to take the elevator to 2nd floor. Then You enter the hush spa..Our IDs were checked by staff then we were asked if we were here for the Den, and then were escorted to the door. Not what I was expecting as my first time here…We were excited to push the book in the bookcase and open secret door .But we weren’t allowed to open the door. This is part of the experience that we were robbed of! Once inside this speakeasy find any open seat. We were a party of 5 so we sat at a table. Service was fair but we had to go up and order our drinks at the bar. No one came to wait on us. I ordered the skiddle me sour ale and was not impressed at all with it. It tasted like a fruit smoothie and had chunks of something in it. Not to mention It cost 10$ too. The ambience here was relaxing.

Went with a group of friends and the vibe was exactly what we were looking for, a laid-back cool spot to hang out. It’s got that speakeasy feel where you can actually talk, laugh, and enjoy the night without it being chaotic or having to scream to talk to the people you are with.
The drinks were on point. Good variety, well-made, and not just your standard bar menu. We ended up hanging out longer than planned because it was just an easy place to settle in and enjoy ourselves. Comfortable seating, good atmosphere, and a crowd that keeps things fun without being over the top.
Overall, this is a great spot for a night out with friends to grab drinks, catch up, and enjoy a solid vibe. Definitely worth checking out, and we’ll be back.

I came here for a drink and some sister time recently and I have to say it was such a nice change from your typical bar scene. Besides the cool entrance (a bookcase?!) the atmosphere is so laid back, yet classy. It’s not like stopping at your local bar which can be loud with TVs showing every sports game known to man. This is the perfect spot to grab a drink and actually get the chance to catch up with a friend, or honestly have a first date. It’s cozy and feels private. The bartenders were extremely attentive and the drinks were delicious! I asked for a margarita and it was perfect, plus the black salt or lava salt… whatever it’s called it was cool and was such a unique touch that made it feel upscale yet the price didn’t break the bank. I will absolutely be coming back! 10/10 would recommend.

My wife and I decided to swing by on a Saturday night after dinner after multiple recommendations from friends, seeing their social medial posts and being semi-regulars at their Spa in Glastonbury.
We arrived around 9:30 and found our way to the spa through its own private elevator. When we got there, we were greeted but the host letting us know they were at capacity and taking our number for a call back. We decided to explore the mill and other businesses while we waited getting a quick snack downstairs before we got our call back.
A short time later we headed back up and were ushered into the bar through a secret door hidden behind the book shelf just as we saw on their Instagram post…too cool. We were welcomed by the bar staff and cozied up to the bar on a cold night right before Christmas. My wife had one of their signature cocktails and I had the “Hush” IPA. The drinks were amazing and just complimented the ambiance and amazing bartenders. We had another round, sitting and enjoying the ambiance. It was refreshing to see a crowd actually interacting and enjoying the vibe rather than staring at screens. This was truly a unique experience, especially for central Connecticut. We highly recommend coming by and stepping back in time! We’ll definitely be back to pair a spa visit with drinks next time!”
