This is what the lettuce on their salads look like, black slimy and nasty. But I guess they don’t mind selling it to their customers. They also had me move out of the drive-through and made me wait to get it. It really makes me wonder if the person making my salad would eat lettuce like this or if they just have a great disdain for who they’re making it for.

The cost is around 10$ per person. The food (3 nibblers) tasted great and was filling. The interior looks fancy and beautiful and little things like the prices not being updated (3 dollars off) ruin the vibe.

I ordered food and was completely disgusted as I watched the staff prepping other people’s food and mine! There was a young man bitting his finger nails and spitting them out around food ! No gloves !
After I requested a refund, the supervisor or manager on duty seem to catch an attitude. I don’t not recommend this location at all and most likely won’t ever return to Zaxbys!!!!

Please update hours of operation here at 915 and maps says closes at 10 and all lights are out – door and drive thru both state open until 10 all exterior lights including drive thru menu board out was able to order and get food, I specifically asked if dining room was open and I was told that it closed an hour or two ago – observed all dining chairs on tables – curbed truck tire due to no lighting in the parking lot – the owners of this facility appears to be wanting to be sued for liability with how they are operating – they need to find new management that understands that open until 10 pm means open not everything cleaned and ready to walk out at 10 – will be contacting Zaxby’s corporate office to notify them how this operator is conducting their operations because it’s not just the franchise that gets sued when someone is hurt or property is damaged but the corporation goes down with that ship as well – someone should really be thinking that hey maybe I should not have a parking lot where someone could fall in the pit h dark or curb tires and mess up their vehicle – you got 1 star for operation practices – that is an absolute failure – look at how employees have ruined the Wendy’s across the street until it closed for slackness and you never hear of that fast food chain closing a location especially in as busy of an area as Mint Hill is – just opened my grilled cobb salads neither has a boiled egg – tried to cover up the salad with the fried onion so you wouldn’t notice that there is only about a chicken tender of grilled chicken not the usual amount of protein that is on the salad and no bacon on the salad either – will be visiting the new one on Locust from now on they are doing a fantastic job- this location is an absolute failure tonight

I was really hungry today and looking forward to eating my classic sandwich because I had not eaten all day. That is until I took my 1st bite and had to spit it out. It tasted like it was fried in month old, used amusement park grease, the breast was flattened and 90% breading, which was also old and slightly greyish. It was disgusting, inedible, and not worth 8 cents much less the $8 I paid for it.
Now it’s 9 pm and I’m ending this review to go find something to eat that isn’t dumpster slop. My dogs eat better than what you served me tonight,

Well I guess the Capricorn in me had high expectations and is totally dissappointed . I am bombarded with their commercial and the Asian salad so I decided to try it. Honestly, not worth $3. It comes with an egg roll and it was burnt, looks it has been reheated over and over again. I was not impressed at all. No flavor, lots of lettuce, some meat but is meh….2 stars for the nice employee at the drive through.

My visits have been uniformly terrible. If I actually receive everything I paid for in the bag, I count myself lucky. The only certainty when you opt for takeout is that you’ll be asked to park… then wait over 20+ minutes for your order to be brought to your car by an indifferent teenager with no sense of haste. The management’s incompetence is rivaled only by the apathy of the employees they bring on board. At this stage, dismissing the entire crew and starting over is the owner’s only way forward. It’s worth noting that this location’s reputation in the community perfectly mirrors my own experience – ask anyone…

I placed an order through their app, then about 20 minutes later went through the drive through to pick it up. I proceeded to wait another 30 minutes before getting my food. Once I received the food, the chicken tenders reeked of cigarette smoke and tasted horrible. I won’t be visiting this location again.
