We usually order the same things. This time it was awful. Nothing looked right. The fries were small and didn’t look or taste good. Minimal sauces on what we ordered and the bruschetta was just tomatoes. I called and he said it was the same but it is not. Very disappointing
Update: Received multiple rude text messages an hour after calling to get a replacement bruschetta. The customer service as you can see below is less than kind. I would not recommend this company. Based on treatment alone of customers. We’ve been placing the same basic order for years. We know what it normally looks like. Mistakes happen but treating customers in this way is rude. And it’s the wife you are talking to clearly my name is above.

First time ordering and food arrived SUPER cold. I called and ask them to make it right and he said verbatim “we dont really offer delivery, I asked my friend to bring the pizza to you”…
It literally has a flyer in the pictures of the Google business that says “we deliver” and the receipt says “for delivery”… we won’t order from here again. Fries were super small and the boneless wings were a joke. 20-30 tiny pieces of scap fried pieces with no chicken inside of them.

Ordered a medium pizza and an order of stuffed shells, thru door dash. Almost 54.00 dollars???? Thats insane!!!!!!! Just went there today 1/31/26 called and ordered a pizza to go. Got there and they said I didn’t call there, I must have called the one in Indiana. I said I know where I called as I have them on speed dial, was going there for over 20 years. I said that I would bring my phone in, and if it shows I did call, the pizza is free, if not I would pay double. He declined. I got the phone, showed him, the bozo had to look at their phone to check the number there. Needless to say, I won’t be going there anymore, really shitty service and argumentative. Giovanni’s now has my business!!!

Had a Cheesesteak ($10), a Special Cheesesteak ($11) and onion rings ($6) delivered. Could not believe the size of the steaks and they tasted fantastic. Onion rings were good too. Order was correct and prompt delivery. Wings are great!

Went in and ordered a cheesesteak and a grilled ham & cheese for the toddler I was carrying while checking out. Check your cameras boys you can see me looking at the back of the menu and reading “grilled ham & cheese.” Got home & discovered they gave me a grilled ham & cheese sub. Called to ask if they could make me the grilled cheese bc they got it wrong & was told I placed the wrong order (while they hear my toddler screaming in the background). They said they would make it & tried to charge me for it. I said nevermind. Then drove back there handed them sub and finally got a refund. I’ve worked customer service my whole life. All you had to say was “We are so sorry we can make the grilled cheese can you bring back the wrong order.” No instead you gave a single dad WITH A HUNGRY TODDLER a hard time. Ask your parents how they would’ve handled it. Dang. It’s a grilled cheese for a kid.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Had an order that was delivered to me wrong. Employee said a manager would call me in 15 minutes. An hour later I called back about a resolution and was told by the manager they would not help me and that if I wanted the correct item that I would have to pay for it again. No replacement, no refund, no help. Additionally, manger tried to LIE to me about the item I ordered. Trying to place the blame on me when it was them who botched the order. Will never eat here again. This place used to be so great but when it was taken over by new owner a few years back it has been pretty much garbage.

Pizza and Stromboli was really good but daughters fries and chicken tender’s literally were mushy and wet to the touch from whatever was going on In the box. Love supporting local restaurants. No real gripe but , food shouldn’t be mushy and soggy like it was sitting in sink. Churros weren’t that good either.

We were in the area from out of town and found this place by accident. Best tomato bisque I’ve ever had! Everyone was please with their choices. Pizza, Philly cheese sandwich, and appetizers. Great service and value for our money!! Thank you!!
