I ordered a couple of scoops tonight and the employee coughed into her gloved hands twice while scooping my order. I wanted to say something, but there was a super long line behind me and I didn’t want to hold it up or embarrass the young girl work. But I also didn’t feel comfortable eating it and threw it away.
I wanted to reach out to management directly but they have no active website or social media presence, which is not a great look. After this experience, and reading other reviews noting a decline in quality since the change in ownership, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Really like the ice cream here and its good quality. Customer service is ok with all the employees not being very welcoming on every occasion I’ve been. Also frustrated tonight because I walked with my dogs to get a salted Caramel milkshake and some of the dog treats they sell and they are out of salted Caramel. This is the 4th time in the last few months I’ve tried to go in and get salted Caramel and they were out. In the past I would just get something else but today I just I just left. Is there somewhere I can look to see if a flavor is out of stock? Kind of annoyed that I keep coming here and it’s a 50/50 chance they’ll have the flavor I want.

We had a horrible experience. Someone I can only assume was the manager or owner, came in talking to their mom with their AirPods. She was yelling at the staff about something, then yelling at her mom on the phone about something else. All while the customers were trying to quietly enjoy their ice cream. Like what?! The ice cream itself was decent, not great. I will never be returning. Bad atmosphere.

Wow, what else is there to say. Great tasting ice cream in all kinds of flavors. Also, different dessert options. Super friendly service. I can see this place being a summer cool spot. Went with the flight and it was fantastic.
