Stumbled on this place while passing through. Had dinner brought down from the diner. What a classic bar, not your modern every day joint which is what makes it great. Any place that hasn’t sold out and has made it this long is definitely a classic!

Very disappointing breakfast, ordered eggs over easy, lol they were hard, my ham was half burnt and dried out, the home fries were alittle better, not much. Waitress offered to get more eggs, but figured they would come out the same way. Husband said the coffee was good. His eggs had a little more yoke, but not much. Think its our last visit, this time, have tried a few times but have not enjoyed the food. Sorry just being honest.

Went to Lispi’s on 5/18/24 and requested a song with the DJ, I go back to my friends at our booth and the security guy is asking me if I came from the women’s restroom. Um, Im a woman, female, I was at the DJ table. And why are you questioning if I was in the restroom? Creepy as hell, unsafe, and unprofessional. “Did you come from the women’s bathroom.” Like what the hell??? I will never go back after that. Your security dude is literally asking women if they came out of the women’s bathroom. It’s disgusting and never again

We just went there to dance & drink. We had a blast. The DJ was awesome!. There was smoking allowed which was a bit of a turn off for me ,but I would go there again.

The bar is very out dated and you get really small town/creep vibes. Also, the people seem not worth wild to spend your time with, it’s a very depressing scene. I would suggest going to the Mohegan Sun Casino or just a bar in the Wilkes Barre square.

I love that you can order food from upstairs at the diner and bring it back down. Drinks were good. DJ was super friendly. We will be back on a Sunday to try the karaoke.

It’s got a late 70s early 80s vibe. The red lights remind me of a gentlemen’s club of the 50-60s. Drinks are okay. Prices for said drinks are rather low at about $3.50 each.
