If there was a zero option I would give it to this sorry excuse of a fast food place. The staff was just irresponsible and all over the place, starting with the guy on the speaker having multiple conversations and miss punching orders on the screen. We were told to pull up and wait just for my chicken sandwich to be hard and old, not to mention there was more bread and mayo than there was meat cause it was so shriveled up. They forgot to give us our drinks and we had to come inside to get them. Not a shocking surprise the kitchen was full of young looking kids who acted like they didn’t want to be there, no wonder it was no order in this place. Do better. People come spend their hard earned money for rags in return.

Manager worked hard and coukd. Tell she cared, but yet every table was dirty as hell at 930am and no one was there really and i still waited 30 min. Food was amazing just dont know if if was worth it or made clean.

Same òld grumpy employee whose been there forever and who glares at you like she hates you for coming. Got there at 1145 and was told no more breakfast . They were out no matter that they advertise that they serve until 12 noon. The chicken sandwich and fries was tasty but not hot, and I requested *fresh and hot.* Your employees still don’t know the meaning about that nor do they care obviously. I requested extra ketchup and got two packs total… That’s not *extra* or an extravagant request for a $12 combo, folks. You are only still in business because the little town of Timmonsville doesn’t have any other chain businesses with any desire to come…. No attempt will be made to respond to owner’s request for more info… nothing has been done about it the last 5 years..

Went for breakfast this morning through the drive-thru. Customer service was horrible. The girl that brought our order out was very rude and all my hash browns were dump out in the bottom of the bag.

DONT STOP HERE!!! I ORDERED 2 MILKSHAKES WITH NO ONE IN THE DRIVE THRU BEHIND ME , THEY ASKED ME TO PULL UP ANYWAY THEN BEOUGHT ME OUT THE NASTIEST MILK SOMETHING I EVER SAW AND THESE GIRLS ARE JUST RUDE AND ALWAYS ACTING SHADING. IVE BEEN HERE TWICE NOW BUT WILL NEVER EVER BE BACK. THE LAST TIME THEY DID ME THE EXACT SAME WAY ABOUT PULLING UP BUT I GOT 4 KIDS MEALS AND MY KIDS WOULDNT EAT ANYTHING BUT THE APPLE SAUCE BECAUSE IT WAS ALL COLD AND TASTE OLD AND FREEZER BURNT AND SMELLED LIKE WEED

Nearly 5 minutes to get a response at the drive thru speaker. Order was wrong on screen but was corrected at the window. Took 20 minutes for food to be brought out. Ordered no onions but there were onions. The young man at the window was polite but overwhelmed. I over heard the person behind me attempt to order chicken tenders, only to be told that the “chicken cook” left at 8 so they couldn’t serve chicken (it was 9 and the store was open until 10) Also another person tried to order a milkshake only to be told they didn’t make them that late. I tried to order 2 hrs earlier but left because I couldn’t get an answer at the speaker after several minutes. Staff seems entirely overwhelmed. It was busy but didn’t seem excessive for a Saturday night.

Horrible. Most staff stands around. Waited 15 minutes for a sausage biscuit. Only fill drink half full. No apologies or anything. Very disappointing.

Food was great, but this is what I received when I asked for a large Pepsi with heavy ice, this girl gave me a coffee cup with a coffee cup lid when I questioned her she looked at me as though I had cursed her. People who are in the food industry business needs to check those long nails, the girl had on long pink nails that’s outrageous working in food, where is the managers. Haven’t been back can’t stand it when people who work in food service and wear like they’re in the club.

I am so incredibly disappointed in my experience that I had this morning. We arrived and there was zero greeting, just “You better have exact change.” I told them I did and then proceeded to the window. Deborah (according to my receipt), seemed absolutely miserable and while I want to be understanding, I did nothing to be spoken to the way that I was. I signed up for rewards and when I attempted to redeem a reward, she said, “We don’t do that here.” Super short. Super rude. After getting my order, I checked and saw that she had left out one of the hash browns. I let her know that I was missing one, she told me that I didn’t order that, I reminded her that I did, and she again exclaimed that I was wrong. At that point, I just asked that I be able to purchase another one and she told me it would be 15 minutes (definitely do not think this was true as it was 5:45 AM). Returned home to eat my breakfast and it was not edible. The chicken biscuit was like rubber and extremely old.

I worked in fast food for over 8 years and I could not imagine ever speaking or treating a customer in the way I was treated this morning. I usually do not write reviews as I know people have off days, but my experience this morning could not be ignored and feel that not raising this concern would be a disservice to this business. I am hopeful that the owner will see fit to handle this situation in hopes that other customers will receive improved service in the future.
