This morning I politely ordered a
large iced expresso with “light ice”, just bc they always fill the entire cup with ice. Now I’m paying 6 dollars for a cup of coffee! There should be mostly coffee in that cup, not ice. I noticed when she handed me the cup that it had a bunch of ice in it, per usual. So I asked her if this was the order with less ice, and she said yes. I was running late so I didn’t want to complain, but this is the coffee cup after I finished what felt like 10 sips.. This is completely unacceptable, and I will no longer be purchasing from this location. If it happens elsewhere, I’ll just be finished with Dunkin I suppose!

Every single time I’ve been here it’s been terrible- today an employee screaming, all of our drinks made wrong. My coffee was water (Luke warm) with some random creamer with a hint of peppermint, other coffee was left without any of requested & paid for add- ins. Atmosphere is terrible & attitude of employees is equal.

this is probably the worst dunkin in the area .. the workers are so rude and obviously should not be working in customer service. when i got my drink i expressed that it was not good and clearly had way too much milk in it, i didn’t want it remade bc of her attitude so i asked for a refund and both the “shift manager” & the girl said they couldn’t do it that the manager had went to the bank, so i go park to wait for her to come back and it had been about 5 mins & she wasn’t there back so i just went in & there was another worker there who was actually very nice And the girl that was supposedly the shift manager could randomly do the refund for some reason now, but kept saying that she couldn’t do it because the other manager wasn’t there. This isn’t even the first time that I’ve had a rude encountering with this Dunkin. They really need a whole new team.

Not sure if they are always short staffed or if the workers don’t want to be there. But they take forever here. You’ll wait in line for 5 minutes before they even take your order most days. They’ll take pone order and then you’ll pull up and they won’t say anything for 5 minutes or so and then they were short and snooty. Then some days they are on it and friendly. I think it 100% depends on the time you go. 1st thing in morning is always the better.

Stay in the drive thru for 11 minutes waiting to place my order and all I keep on hearing in the microphone was to wait a minute. But I can hear a whole conversation as I’m waiting to place my order. It’s not the first time I had problems here I recommend everybody go to dunkin’ donuts on Central avenue.

Went to drive thru at 10:45 am. I had to repeat my order several times, the person taking the order kept interrupting me and repeated back the order incorrectly. Not surprised that the order was wrong. This is not the first time this has occurred. I do know this will be the LAST.

Absolutely awful store. The woman at the drive through sounded like she’d rather be dead than at work. Rude and dismissive. No straws, no napkins, gave my wife the wrong muffin. I asked for a toasted everything bagel. Received a hard, seemingly uncooked day old bagel. Not toasted at all. Couldn’t have screwed up any worse. If I could, I would have left ZERO stars. Fire the whole staff and start from scratch.

Mamma Mia!! Went in and bought 2 Protein Lattes and was guided through the process by Mary , she was very knowledgeable about the product and absolutely delightful in her demeanor, would highly recommend this place , Thanks for the great experience!

Employees obviously did not want to be there. Got the wrong sandwich, had to pull around and wait online again. Got to the windows, they acted like they didn’t know why I was back. Took my receipt, another person said can I have the sandwich back, I said why can’t I keep it, she rudely said, well, keep it then. I did mouth a not nice word to her, she must of read my lips. Told the manager, manager came out and rudely said don’t call my Employees names. I said I was sorry, but was pissed off at the time. They banned me. Never got the sandwich. I was wrong calling the rude employee a name, but they were rude to me for something that was their fault. Those employees are just miserable. No work ethic anymore around here.
