All I ever purchase from Arby’s is the mozzarella sticks. They are my favorite.
This was disappointing. They were double dipped to rewarm and were overcooked and because of that I ended up with two of my four mozerella sticks that had no cheese in them. Very disappointed. The lady was very kind that took my order and served me though. Do better Arby’s.

Our food was so fresh!! The service was great and extremely fast. Would definitely recommend!

Attached a photo of my classic roast beef sandwich. The bun and top of the meat is completely burned.
I also ordered a large meal and was given medium fries.
It is extremely frustrating that I will have to go back to checking my meals before leaving the parking lot because apparently the people working there can’t double check and for whatever reason feel the completely burned meal they provided is acceptable.

Wait time was super short, my items were all correct and in the bag, and the lady who took my order had a great attitude! I was going to forget to order my sandwich without sauce, but she actually asked if I wanted sauce, so I got my sauce-less sandwich 😀 (I think that’s the first time I’ve ordered from an Arby’s and they’ve actually asked lol)

I bought a chicken sandwich that came with a piece of hair. I called to tell them about it and Amanda asked what did i want her to do about it, rude. I saved the sandwich and will be going back later to give it to them.
