Pizza was hot and fresh and quick, BUT…it was wrong. I asked for a Classic Pepperoni. As shown on the receipt, they charged me for Classic Pepperoni. But they gave me Cheese Pizza. The cashier was an African American girl (not sure if the same one mentioned unfavorably in a few recent reviews by others). She threw away the receipt right away and I had to ask for a receipt. Sometimes cashiers just do this, but in this context it seems intentional. I tipped, which now I’m wishing I hadn’t. Was in a rush to get back to the party with my friends and didn’t check the pizza until I arrived and got this little surprise.
I also thought maybe she just grabbed from the wrong rack by accident, but they’re clearly marked on the outside of the box, as shown in the second picture

So I am writing this based on my experience.
I recently purchased and order from little Caesar’s that was stone cold when we got the order. I put through a complaint online requesting a refund due to this issue as well as the front cashier being fully sick.
Kevin the manager of this store calls me back. Gives me the refund but takes it a full step further by redoing my order.
Mistakes happen. It’s how they are handled that make lasting impressions and thanks to Kevin the Manager at Rosemeade pkwy in Dallas I’ll definitely keep ordering from them. The food is great when it’s fresh and this man went above and beyond normal customer service.

I love little ceasers and this location has always provided my food hot, correct, and yummy and that’s legit all I ever want. The staff is also very polite.

Absolutely horrible service.
I ordered a pizza & bread at 7:40PM with it to be ready at 8:30PM. I get there at 8:40PM and they hadn’t started making it. I ask when it will be ready and the girl said “Soon”.
25 minutes go by so I ask again. The girl said “They have not put it in the oven”. I asked “Why is it not ready?” and she said “I don’t know”. I responded with “It does not take over an hour to make a pizza & bread”. The girl just said “Ok”. While I was trying to talk to the girl, she kept making conversations with other customers, including new people that walked in. I finally said I would cancel my order & ask for my money back if I didn’t get it soon. The girl simply said “Cool”.
The girl went to the manager and told me my food would be ready in 6 minutes. They finally started making it! It was ready 15 minutes later.
Long wait time and incredibly rude staff that doesn’t care about people. I will never come back to Little Caesar’s. There is a reason it is often regarded as the worst pizza chain.

I rarely give reviews.. but this place is managed terribly. Not once has my order been ready, seems to be short staffed and over worked staff. Management or owner is clearly the problem here. Pizza is as good as you would be expect from a little ceasars. I’m only a customer because my family request it.

About a year a go this location was quite decent. In the last few months, I have noticed that the quality of the pizza has dwindled down to unedeble. For example, this time around dough did not cook. To make this short, your better off making a frozen pizza at home and it will be better than this.. hope this helps someone.

I used to love little Caesars but this location has gone down hill in the last year. You’re better off going to a grocery store and buying your own to put in the oven. The service was good but the pizzas were soggy, undercooked, absolutely had no crust and hardly any cheese! Judging from the photo, would you eat this??
