I just placed an order on DoorDash. Why did they just send me nothing but black coffees I just called. Spoke to the manager. She was a little rude when I let her know her name is Sherry by the way, but yes, Uber eats is not the way to go for this location Sending me black coffees when I clearly had almond milk and some more things on my ticket is diabolical

I’ve never seen a breakfast sandwich thrown together so sloppy, and on top of that my sausage was undercooked. My hash brown was thrown in the bag without any wrapping on it so when packing my order they just picked it up and tossed it in with my order. Normally I would think maybe this was a delivery issue however with there being no wrapper on my hash brown and how sloppy the sandwich was and the undercooked sausage it is clear this was a store issue. When I tried to go to make a complaint online of course the links did not work and was unable to reach out without calling. I’m working and unable to call the store to bring back my order. The whole experience is unacceptable.

EVERYTIME I go here for coffee. I always get whatever they choose to give me. The coffee never taste the same a they could really care less about it. Great staff but they don’t go the extra to make sure the orders are correct. At least that’s been my experience

This is what these people consider ok! You pay for something and can’t even get a decent product.
These workers do not care about the customer experience whatsoever.
They don’t offer blueberry bagels at this location.
Why? Why is every single Tim Hortons different?
None offer the same items consistently throughout the brand.
It’s just stupid and I won’t be going back. I’ll find another donut/bagel place that offer the same things in all restaurants…and hopefully know how to put cream cheese on a darn bagel.

I ordered at 9:57 didn’t get my order until 10:22. Three people ordered in store after we went in and they got served first. The lady making bagels made several other bagels and sandwiches before ours. The bagel wasn’t even close to toasted and the hash brown was soggy. When we were finally handed our order, our drink was automatically taken back as they didn’t make it correctly. The store smelt so bad and all the workers look like they are using some type of substance. No one greeted us or was kind and helpful in anyway

Not the best experience. They don’t have changing tables for babies. I’m not sure if this is a regular thing, but today they didn’t have card service only cash, since we never carry cash we decided it to place the order online. We never hear anything from them, and after sitting there for over 30 minutes, my husband goes and checks to find out our food has been sitting there for a while. But no one call us and in the app was showing in progress, and to top all this experience, the bathrooms where unclean to be use. I’m giving 2 stars because I do love their coffee, but they need to better train their staff
