I’ve never been there before! First thing that I noticed was how clean the building was and how respectful there staff is! The pizza was soooo goood and my server (Rece) was the sweetest girl ever and she made my experience very good and she gave me good advice on what to get! Also there prices are very reasonable and the pizza was very delicious and the sauce she recommended to me was also very tasty but overall my experience was a 10/10 but mainly cause of my server Rece she really made me wanna come back!! And i definitely will be coming back!!

Greeted when I arrived and left! Very fast line, a lot of smiling faces! Refilled lemonades and constantly cleaned tables. Everything was amazing. 2 MOD pizzas and 2 16 oz drinks was about $30. For unlimited toppings—-TAKE MY MONEY PLEASE

Teigan (hopefully I spelled that right) and Reece took care of my boyfriend and I on New Year’s Day and the service was absolutely wonderful. Sweetest people ever, very quick and friendly service and the food was fantastic. We will definitely be back thanks to them!

It’s a normal Mod pizza. The employees are really nice at this location and I’ve never had an issue with my order. However, there have been these SUPER aggressive solicitors outside of the building lately. The first couple of dudes were nice, but the newer group is EXTREMELY pushy and argumentative. I have no clue how to handle them and I’ve found myself avoiding this strip mall lately after one ARGUED with me when I stated I had donated the day before (which I had). I shouldn’t be arguing or pressured to spend even more money EVERY TIME I come here. Like I said, the first few during the summer were courteous, but they’ve gotten more confrontational lately.

This is my 1st time at this location. The manager has excellent customer service. He was very attentive the minute I walked in, offered me a drink while I waited for my online order, and handed me my pizza as soon as it was ready. The place was very clean and I really like the little tall round tables you can stand/lean on while you wait. Never seen those before. I’ll definitely come back to this Mods.

Big fan of MOD Pizza and normally I’d leave a 5 star review, HOWEVER there is one regular employee there who has consistently been EXTREMELY rude to me. (For those who know, yes it is in fact that blonde employee with the necklaces and the bandana)
One time, I asked for one of those mini cups of dressing for my pizza, which are in fact advertised as an option heavily throughout the restaurant, and she sighed deeply and rolled her eyes. It threw me off and made me upset/uncomfortable but I shrugged it off as it just being someone who had a bad day.
A month or so later, about 2 hours before closing (very quiet at the time in store), she was the only one in the front and started making my pizza. When she spooned the sauce on, a singular giant piece of shredded cheese (about 1.5-2 inches long) was sticking out of the sauce. I asked her if she could remove it, so she spread around the sauce, folded up the pizza, threw it in the trash, and told me “you should have said something before I started making the pizza”. That’s not “bad day” attitude, that’s pure personality. Absolutely ruined my appetite and desire to go back there in person. I’ll be solely ordering from the app from now on unless that employee gets let go.
They still got good food though, so if that employee isn’t there when you stop by I highly recommend! Everyone else is very friendly and helpful.

Such a friendly location with great staff! I ordered delivery and got my pizza but part of the order was wrong. I called an spoke with Kyle. He was apologetic and offered solutions to make it right. I am close to the store and volunteered to run up and get the right one. Kyle offered to remake the order since it might not be hot. I declined as it hadn’t been long. When I came up, he had indeed made me a new hot pizza. Mistakes happen and its about how we handle them I will certainly be patronizing this location again

We love MOD pizza! We enjoy the GF crust options and our son, who is allergic to cow dairy and gluten, enjoys them and the dairy free cheese option as well! We also enjoy all the fresh ingredients and friendly service! I gave 4 starts for atmosphere because the music was a bit loud. There were 4 parties in the restauWrant and we had to talk over the music, which was a bit much. We also enjoy the patio dining area on days the weather permits! We look forward to our next visit @ MOD Cibolo!
