My 1st time eating here and it was fairly tasty. My fish was cooked a lil too long, hash browns were bland, but my Mac and cheese was pretty good. My waiter was great, he didn’t sugar coat anything and i respect that. He had great customer service and made sure I was ok.

Showed up an hour before closing and was seated right away. Fast service, wait staff read the room and knew when to follow up, clear dishes, or drop the check. Seamless experience and fantastic food. Thanks for another great visit. I had the breakfast sampler, OJ and side of biscuits. I’ll have to order biscuits again next time I come in earlier, closing time biscuits are not as fresh as the morning ones for obvious reasons. Still ate them though.

Got the grandma sampler and it was pretty good. Our server was really nice too. The ham and sausage weren’t all that good but everything else was. Didn’t take anytime for a table or to get our food even during a busy time.

Placed an order on DoorDash and received the worst food possible. The food was cold and extremely old. If I had came into the restaurant they would have never served this trash to me. This is utterly disgusting. The chicken was old, dry, and hard. And the sides were all cold. Will never order from them again never will I go to this restaurant because they allowed this trash to be served.

Cracker Barrels are all alike. You can expect good hot food, friendly service and resonable prices. Julie K, our server is brand new to Cracker Barrel. Super friendly, helpful person. Our food was slow to leave the kitchen today. I think the kitchen was backed up due to the large number of diners today. All in all, it was a good experience. We had a Chicken Fried Chicken and the two-piece catfish dinner with two sides. Our meal was hot when it arrived and was delicious. It was more food than we could eat. In retrospect, we should have spared a platter.

I can say I have been in this area for many years and I have never been to this location until today and I wish we never stop here. We got there and sat in our seats at 12:46p. The table was so wobbly! Restroom was clean though. The weather was wet outside and the babies were fussy so we pulled in to grab a bite. No wait and that was about all the good we experienced. The waitstaff was sweet but so dang on slow & forgetful!! Even the manager whom stood behind us the entire time until it was time to pay and leave, was acting as if he was clueless! We had to wait and wait and wait just for anything we requested. At 1:35p I had to ask the guy, “ where is our food as we sat down almost and hour ago & our waitress hasn’t been back by to say anything?” He looked shocked despite standing there watching, plus he brought extra napkins despite not using any food on the table yet, and walked off to go find her. After like 7 mins we see food coming out but not to our table, but the one to the group that came in maybe 15 mins after us! I was like how ??? Then our waitress walked past saying “oh yours coming I see it being out up in the window.” Do you know it still took close to 10 minutes before we even got it. I had to tell them if this food is cold you may as well take it back and we’re leaving! She said no it’s not it’s hot. The babies were so fussy and thirsty that their juice was gone before the plates hit the table. Eggs were cooked with shells, steak had hair on it & my meat was not what I asked for at all and I was charged extra for that meat. The manager acted as if we were bothering him, but sir your staff messing up food and wasting our time! We asked for a refill for the kids and he left to get it but turned around to say oh that’s going to be extra because it’s not soda. Sir can you please bring my babies their beverage! Mind you we asked for ToGo cups for ourselves and a refill but never got that from our waitress so I had to ask a different lady whom went right back and got everything we asked for in less than 30 seconds!! I told her she will get the tip and I sent it to her just for doing that. I hate giving bad reviews but they deserved it. I didn’t get a chance to take pictures because it was something wrong with it every time I wanted to take one.

It’s been a long time since we’ve had this nice of a meal and experience at a Cracker Barrel. It started with our server, Jayla. She was so kind, attentive and helpful with our choices. The food was EXCELLENT!!! I had the lemon pepper trout, with turnip greens and carrots. My husband ordered meatloaf, but they were out of it since it was kind of late so he got the hamburger steak with mashed potatoes w/ gravy and carrots. The biscuits were hot, buttery and not over cooked. The turnip greens were so good, I got a serving to take home. They honestly have spoiled us and shown us what Cracker Barrel should be at all locations. It’s definitely a high bar they have set. Looking forward to our next visit.
