We went through the drive thru and received exceptional service from the guy who took our order.
The parking lot needed to get plowed. . . We made it work though.
The cheese curds and fries are tasty. The flame thrower burger was good and flavorful. Unfortunately the bacon deluxe burgers we ordered didn’t have any bacon. . Overall the food was alright.
The small dipped ice cream cones were an awesome addition to the meal!

Took almost 30 minutes from when we arrived to when we left with our 2 blizzards. We weren’t greeted right away, most staff just stared at us and didn’t greet us, took about 8 minutes to initiate our order, and only one person was in line before us to pick up a mobile order that wasn’t ready yet. Two groups came in after us and left before us and one person was there when we arrived and was waiting for over 10 minutes for part of his order he hadn’t received. Multiple staff wandered in front of the registers and back into the kitchen area while we were standing for 20 minutes waiting for food and didn’t bother to check what we were waiting for. Someone was working behind a wall frustrated and cursing loudly so the dining area could hear. I don’t know what the 6-7 staff were doing behind the wall, but they were not helping the customers out front. Finally a girl, who was polite and apologetic, did help us and was very nice. But we won’t be returning there.

To wait 50 minutes in the drive-thru is actually insane. Arrived to see a typical number of people waiting, folks between the window and ordering, and 2 cars ahead of me to order. 20 minutes to wait until ordering and then sat for 30 minutes after ordering before getting our ice cream. Upon pulling up to the windows, the guy only said, “what was your order?”, I told him and then waited for him to grab it. When he handed me the ice cream, zero words were said – no, sorry about the wait, or any explanation. Not even a thank you or have a good night. Nothing at all. This is the last time I visit and order from this location.

I have had many issues with this store over the years, but tonight finally motivated me to write a review. This store has been struggling for a while. Staff turnovers are frequent, orders get mixed up often and the service is hit or miss. Tonight we bought our $7 blizzard and it was 3/4 full. Prices have gone up; but we shouldn’t be short changing customers. Likely because of the staff turnover and lack of experience. Please do better. This is the only DQ for miles, so their business likely won’t be impacted. Just be aware that your odds of getting what you want are low.

The fish sandwich was horrendous! I usually go with he flamethrower but decided to switch it up and that was a big mistake.
I also got the french fry onion ring basket which surprisingly came really full. I do love their onion rings.
Anyway, this location itself was alright. Bathroom was a little scary but the tables were clean and the staff was nice.
The Wild Alaskan Fish Sandwich had the most chewiest bread Ive ever tried. It didn’t even taste like bread. I had to use my hands to rip it. The fish had no flavor and was super greasy. Overall, Id say avoid it. If your craving fast food fish just get a Fish-Fila at McD.

I came through the drive up with my dining club card… It was clear that the associate was educated on it’s offer. First I had to read it to what it included and clarify that what I was ordering was covered. Next he ran my card without providing a receipt stating it was up to me to ask for one. I ordered a banana split that didn’t have the banana….. I figured it’s revenge for me needing to educate him on the dinning club card and then he had the gaul to tell me Jesus loves me….. like that’s supposed to. ??. What ??????
