We were curious to try it. So it’s fast food but you can say it’s healthy. Very large portions, I believe one plate is enough for two. We had bowls, salad and a kid taco. Everything was good and the service was fast and helpful. The place is small but there are seats to dine in. Well, a good option for a casual lunch or dinner.

I had a very frustrating experience at this Chipotle on Broadway. I asked a simple question about whether pork and beef were the same price, but the staff seemed confused and I couldn’t get a clear answer. The male manager responded, “If you want extra meat, we will charge you,” which wasn’t what I was asking. To avoid further confusion, I just ordered chicken.
Things became more awkward when I asked for sour cream on the side and it was placed directly on my bowl instead. I also paid $2.70 extra for guacamole, but the portion was extremely small and mostly stuck to the top of the foil rather than in the bowl. When I went back up to them to asked for a fuller scoop since I was paying extra, the female employee with the black hair & glasses appeared annoyed and began speaking in Spanish to her pregnant coworker while looking at me as if I didn’t understand her speaking badly about me in Spanish. which made the interaction feel uncomfortable.
Overall, the customer service was poor and the food was COLD & overly salty. I left disappointed and would NEVERRRRR return to this location.

really awful that they don’t have a bathroom for customers… when the receipts have a bathroom code on them!!! they must have JUST closed it. absolutely diabolical.
staff also acted like they were shocked when i asked for alternate bathroom options – and i saw a different staff member treat another customer the same way. as if that’s a strange or unexpected question. (and, if my theory is correct and they only recently closed their public bathrooms …. that explains why the staff were so thrown off to be asked)
staff made me go next door, where i had to make a purchase to be able to use the other place’s bathroom. infuriating.

As the OG of casual fast food this location has held up through decades of ‘yuppie metamorphosis’. This location is next to one of the busiest public transportation stations in the world. There will be distractions. This location is delicious.

Food great as always. No bathroom was a let down. Cashier lady wouldn’t give my drink, she said she was waiting for the payment to clear then told to have “a good one,” which I did. But I still had to find a bathroom somewhere. The other staff that didn’t speak English were great though.

Avoid at all costs. Last time going here. The rice has wayy too much lime/salt in it which made it too much for me it did not taste good and the brown rice was slightly undercooked some parts tasted crunchy for some reason. Food is not so good. never again

When you enter the door, you first encounter the smell of wet mops and then the loud sound of the door not closing properly. The many chips scattered on the floor and the dirt on the table in front don’t disturb the employees who don’t want to work at the back. The sullen girl with an ugly expression is trying to put as little food.The Barbacoa steak had a small bit of inedible fat in it.Definitely a shoddy and low level food place.
