Best BBQ in Niceville, I got the pitmaster platter. Every meat was great, favorites being the ribs & sausage. Lots of delicious sauces to choose from, sides are excellent too. Well made Mac and cheese and slaw. Service was great & very accommodating. Night Crew the best crew.

This was our first time at Papa’s smokehouse . And it was superb. We got the Smokehouse sample with 1/2 lb of pork belly, 2 drinks and our total was $36.00. The service was amazing. Donald plated our food in front of us. And if you ever get that chance to try the collard greens… DO IT. They are so savory. The Mac and cheese was so creamy . The smoked baked beans were phenomenal. All the meats were tender and seasoned so well.

When our crew have to work in this area this restaurant is our mandatory go to spot for dinner. Best food and best service. Just walking to the door will make your mouth water. Smokehouse sampler will fill you up and I highly recommend the banana pudding. Never a disappointment when we to eat here. Sometimes you might come in and be offered a surprise sample they cooked up. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Shout to Donnie you the best.

Oh man. Just pulling into the parking lot here you can smell the delicious BBQ coming in thru your vehicle vents tempting you.
Staff were all super nice and helpful.
I picked up the smokehouse sampler to try a bit of everything out and got the jalapeno cheese sausage. All of which was fantastic.
If you’re on a meat diet, this is definitely the place to go.

came here and got the brisket and ribs, ribs were literally fall off the bone, the brisket was so tender and juicy. Beans were perfect. Mac and cheese was so yummy. Donald was such a peach and the owner, Colby was so hospitable and kind! Definitely coming back!

Stopped on a whim… as soon as we walked in we were greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello. Had the menu explained to us, the smells were out of this world… I had a loaded brisket potato and my friend had a mixed plate. Baked beans he had were delicious!! The workers followed up while we ate and made the experience fantastic! Will definitely be back, probably on a regular basis. After living in Texas this is hands down some of the BEST bbq I have had in 20 some years!! Thanks guys!!!

Best brisket i have ever put in my mouth. Ribs were fall off the bone. Really cool people. Mac and cheese was delicious and fries were good. Banana pudding was great. Would add photos, nothing left to take a photo of.

This place smells great just walking up to the building! Excellent authentic BBQ that’s tastes great. The brisket, sausage and sides are amazing. I wanted something small, simple and cheap and the 1/4 pound brisket with BBQ beans was the perfect combo. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great BBQ.

Excellent BBQ! Met Don, Charlie & Kayleigh at register. Great atmosphere, staff, clean. Lived in KC for 35 yrs – lots of BBQ there – moved to Niceville FL in 2013. This is better than Jim N Nick’s! Ribs fell/melt off the bone. Pineapple cole slaw great, baked beans great. Don gave me a sample of the ribs – they sell out some days. DELICIOUS & LOVE THEIR SAUCE for to go orders. Sauce on table is yummy too – local sauce but not Papa’s. Bought a gift card for brother and I can’t wait to go back.
